It was such a comfortable and convenient way to reconnect with our Midwestern family and showcase a beautiful part of the Midwest to our East Coast daughters. We loved the proximity to Lake Michigan and the beautiful lake breezes. Door County was an easy drive North. Our daughters loved the upstairs as a place to hang out together. It was a very comfortable home for three generations and 7 people. Also, our hosts were responsive, which we appreciated!

We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and we all were extremely happy with this property. It was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our group. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the views of the lake, as well as the boardwalk and visitor's center right across the street. It was just a short walk to downtown. Very highly recommend this property!

This house has everything we needed and more-it was more spacious in person than described in the listing, perfect for four adults and five kids to have enough space to relax and unwind. Right by a cute little town and within driving distance to other towns in Door County. Definitely a must stay!

Very clean rental and plenty of space for our group. We loved having the beach across the street. I’m so happy we found a place that allowed our dog and cat to be able to travel with us. We’d definitely stay here again.

House was very clean with enough basic supplies to be comfortable. Many options for sleeping arrangements depending on ages of visitors. We had kids ages 10-18 and two married couples. Kids could be separate from adults and had enough room to relax and hang out. The grocery store was very close and the beach was even closer. The only upgrade we could come up with was getting a few new mattresses BUT we will take an older mattress over a dirty house any day! Thank you! We have already recommended your house to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Algoma. The home was clean and easily accessed. We were in town for the annual wine fest which was within walking distance to the house.

The place was very clean and neat when we arrived. The house was very beautiful with a very nice view of the lake. Would totally recommend for a quick getaway with the family.

Beautiful and clean. Great location within walking distance of town and beach, literally across the street from the boardwalk. Great set up for a group of multiple generations or just different tastes in relaxation to have their own space with a tv and lounging! Would definitely recommend this place for multiple couples or family reunions at the beach!! Great town with a nice beach, great brewery and winery and multiple restaurants and shops!!

We were very happy with the layout and cleanliness of the house; three granddaughters loved having the upper portion as their own private space to converse and watch television. There were plenty of towels, etc. to accommodate all of us and we enjoyed having the lake and beach right across the street. Even though it was our first visit to Algoma, we all agreed that it was a quaint and "safe" place to stay within easy driving distance to enjoy the amenities of Door County and Washington Island.

We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space. The house was very well stocked. It’s right across the street from the beach. The beach isn’t the greatest since it’s more rock than sand, but we were in town for the soccer game at Lambeau. The lake view was just a bonus, and Algoma is a great town with a lot to do.

The home was just as advertised! Very clean and ample sleeping for our 3 kids ages 15, 10 & 7 plus 5 adults. The beach just across the street was very nice to have easy access to. The view out the front windows was beautiful! Being in Algoma also made us within a short drive to further up north to more beaches and down to Green Bay for Bay Beach amusement park. The town does have an early bedtime so make sure to check when the restaurant and shops close so you don't miss out! The upstairs does run hotter than the downstairs, but the fan they provided helped with that. The only other bad thing I can really say about it was the water pressure in the showers wasn't great, otherwise everything was perfect!

The house was perfect for our group. The location was perfect. Right across the lake with gorgeous views from almost every window.

The house has a great layout and view of the lake. The beach was not great when we went - probably just bad luck so we had to drive to a better beach. Everything is about 20min to 1 hour away from this town. My only complaint is there was excessive pet hair everywhere.

We really enjoyed staying at Reel Paradise. House was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was nice and the view was excellent of the lake.

Fun family weekend in Door County! The house was just as described, and was very thoughtfully furnished. The owner was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out after dinner one night. The lake was beautiful. Highly recommend for a big group of all ages.

Host was very attentive, responded to all of our requests and kindly mailed the phone chargers we forgot in the house...

What a great property with a beautiful view of the lake right from the first floor bedrooms and the living room. Stunning view of the sunrise. Great space for our families...lids loved the 2nd floor living area and perfect for the boys. The girls loved their spot with the bunk beds. This place was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. First place I've rented that also hand hand soap in each bathroom. House was extremely clean when we arrived. Perfeft location from the beach, just a quick across the street to get to the beach. Also a quick 15 minute casual walk to downtown Algoma. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our Labor Day getaway.

Property was very clean plenty of room a little noisy being right on the road otherwise a very nice place.

This home was very well stocked including coffee, seasonings and even ice. The owners thought of everything. The location and view were amazing and everything was within walking distance. The owners were very responsive to our questions also. The firepit was a nice treat also. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous property, pictures online do not do it justice. Walking in we were all shocked by how nice and well furnished the house was. It was great for our group of 10, we did not feel squished or crowded at all. Very modern and clean. Location is great with the lake right across the street. All in all, it was a great stay, would recommend to anyone.

This property had plenty of space for our family of 5 and being located across the street from the beach was great. Owner was very helpful and we would recommend this property to others.

We were delighted when we walked in and opened the door. The views from the living room and the bedrooms are great! At night, you can open your windows and hear the waves crash up against the beach. It was great for my family as it has upstairs living quarters that gave my daughter and her husband their own space, while I shared the three bedrooms downstairs with my other children. With two bathrooms on the main level, we were never battling over shower times, especially with the other bathroom upstairs. The house is fully equipped! We had no problem making meals with the ample supply of cookware and dishes. They thought of everything! Algoma is charming with a boardwalk along the beach right outside the front door. The beach is awesome and we started our mornings taking a walk. There is also a winery just blocks away! Although you might think it is a bit off the beaten path, we had no problem driving to our destinations and were happy to come back to a less crowded community after a long day. exploring. I have visited numerous VRBO homes and this one did not disappoint! I would definitely come back here again! Anytime we had a question, which was seldom as everything was taken care of, I received a message almost immediately with the answer. We had a wonderful vacation, and this house was a big part of it. Thank you!!
