it was perfect for a quiet few nights away with my friend only 10 min in a taxi to main town xxxx plenty of small coffee shops places tp eat and shops in walking distance

Would have like an extra pillow ( only had 1 supplied) and an extra set of towels provided as we stayed 9 days We did ask and we got some but I feel they should be in the apartment, ready for use

very comfortable and close to most cities. parking was great, appliances were excellent and balcony was very nice.

Friendly host who gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit. Welcomed with a bottle of wine and some chocolate nuts from the island. Beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the mountains and right next to a national park. Spacious, clean, modern room with dishwasher and good TV with netflix etc.

A bit of a walk down to the beach (around an hour) but we didn't really mind doing this as it was warm, down hill and we got to have a look around. We don't drive but car hire would be good for proper exploring. That being said a taxi from the property to the beach was only around 8 euros.

Thanks to our host Kristof's extensive knowledge of Tenerife we certainly got the most out of our experience. We enjoyed the modern and clean appartement with a big and supercomfy bed a lot and adored the stunning views from the swimming pool terrace. The underground parking is also a big plus. We can't wait to go back there!

Check in was very easy. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in, everything was so clean and Kristof was very helpful. The location was much further out than we thought but it worked fine for us. We did struggle with the location for taxis but we asked one of the staff at the apartment what the church was called ( iglesias adeje ) and then didn’t struggle to get one after that. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows, they are tiny!

Beautiful views around the apartment and great location if you want somewhere quiet and picturesque. Apartment had great facilities and was really clean! Host was really helpful and very friendly.

modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. bottle of wine and chocs on arrival. lovely toiletries in bathrooms. The rooftop pool was the highlight of the property. Lots of choices of lovely restaurants a short walk away. easy to get down to the beach by bus. lovely walk to a little waterfall up the top of the hill.

I liked everything

I've just spent 4 nights here and enjoyed my stay immensely. I arrived early in the day, but Kristof gave me the code to enter the building so I could relax by the pool until my room was ready. A beautiful apartment, really spacious and with everything you need. My only gripe is that the pillows are quite hard - but that's a personal preference. Very clean and airy. Loads of restaurants to choose from within a short walk, as well as public transport to Los Christianos and Costa Adeje. I loved the peace and quiet, away from the crowds. Kristof is a very accommodating host and passed on very helpful recommendations and tips. A wonderfully relaxing stay, wish it could have been longer!

The facilities, the design, incredibly big space, the pool was great, the garage.

Very nice, clean and modern apartment. Parking place in the underground garage is a great thing. We liked the location, everything you need, some nice bars and restaurants but still quite quiet and calm. Perfect communication with our host Kristoff.

very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. huge bed, no noise from outside. pool area was immaculate. host Kristof was super helpful , with perfect recommendations for eating out etc. Really great to have a private, secure garage space to leave our hire car.

nothing, everything was great. would have been nice to have a coffee table in the living room but that is the only thing. Sofa was super comfy to snuggle up on.

Basically ver bad experience.

Kristoof is not a good host. The facade oh himself is good at the start, but not the approach when it comes to problems. He is not honest. We planned our vacation for a week to get a nice rest - and we were never notified that there is some national holiday celebration for the whole week in that city AND that there was a concert 50m from the apartment and a carousell park another 50m from the apartment (without exxagerarion) - both running for the whole week until 2:00AM in the morning. So it was like sleeping in a tent in the middle of a concert. We left the apartment and told its unacceptable not to at least inform us and so we asked for a refund for remaining nights. And they said - yes OK, but first you have to write a good review and then we will refund. Come on! We offered not to write anything just not to leave a review at all. They refused. Well, now unfortunately other travellers must hear about this terrible experience. We definitely would not want to stay there again - and only because of the bad attitude, not the misled conditions.

great terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains/ocean. The appartment was very new and well equiped (kitchen, TV). Our app. was just few steps from the roof pool and this was perfect too.

nothing significant - having a parking place in the building is great as you do not need to look for a place on the street. Depending on the size of your car and parking place location, it might be challenging to park (it is very narrow). The building is located in the centre and if there is a cultural event (music), it becomes very noisy even inside. Stay can be however planned upfront to consider this.

Everything is brand new, modern and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Great host.

I would add more mirrors, there is only 1 in the bathroom. Also, the apartment is noisy if you open windows and you have to because it gets too hot. There is no AC.

Everything was great.

The apartment was great, very comfortable. Everything is thought through and Kristof was very helpful. The pool area was also nice designed with an awesome view of the mountains. We liked the location, away from the touristic area but still enjoyable. We didn't use a car but always the public transport and the bus stop was just an 8 minute walk away. Of course, walking back to the apartment uphill was a little harder but we didn't mind.

The sofa didn't look clean. As we were able to put a sheet on it, it didn't bother us but I hope it will be improved for the next guests.

Beautiful roof top pool and great kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. Additionally loved the balconies and the views. The location was outside of the tourist areas and felt very authentic.

There was no fan or air conditioning available. In such a warm location like Tenerife, we think this would have improved our stay in the apartment. It would have been a plus for the apartment to be more decorated! All the basic facilities were there but I painting or a plant would have added an extra cozy touch.
