Very nice cabin. Does need a few maintenance issues fixed. I personally fixed a few things myself. Been in the trades for 25 years and this cabin is built very well. We stayed a full week. Exceptional area for avid outdoors people. Great hiking right out the back door. Lots of activities in the cabin also. Kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Kitchen was fantastic and we cooked on the griddle every day. Thanks for the best vacation ever. We will definitely be back. We are now in love with Colorado.

We stayed a week with family. House was great. Plenty of room. In good condition. Property management was reachable. Would recommend.

We celebrated my in-laws 40th anniversary this past week at this cabin. We had 12 adults and 6 little kids, we fit great. The family enjoyed hiking in the area, horseback riding, and ziplining. We loved the nightly sunsets from this cabin! It was such a treat staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Top Lodge! It is a beautiful, luxurious home with all the amenities you could want! We couldn't get over how huge everything was...tall ceilings, enormous rooms, big furniture, etc. It felt like a house for giants! The hot tub was nice, though we were frustrated that the lid blocks the view, when it's up! The fireplaces looked amazing, but when on - made the house so hot that unfortunately, we couldn't ever use them. Bummer! The bunk room is crazy - with 6 bunks that are almost like forts. Kids loved it, but it also seemed pretty dangerous with the height and slippery stairs. Would recommend adding some safety features. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, though one of the oven's is out of service. Good thing they had 2 ovens! 2 dishwashers too! Only thing missing was the personal chef included... :) Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury!

House was terrific! Very spacious and providing everything we need for our large group.

House was beautiful and very accommodating for our family.. The only complaint about our stay was the mattresses in all the rooms need to be replaced other than that it was wonderful and our family enjoyed it!! Thank you!

This was a perfect location and stay for Thanksgiving in Winter Park. The kitchen was stocked, the house was spotless, we had everything we could have wanted and more!! Not in the listing is the amazing game closet that will keep your family busy for days! We will definitely be back.

Our family of 16 found Timber Top to be a perfect spot for a family gathering. The layout met the needs of all ages from 2 to 79. The teenagers loved the lower level for pool and ping pong playing plus the bunk area. All the rooms were large so we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare all of our meals. In all of the rentals we've had, this was the best kitchen. The deck off the kitchen was great for morning coffee and watching the afternoon thunder storms roll in. . A bonus was having the trails just down the road from the house. The trailhead led to many trail options for hiking and mountain biking. Winter Park Escape was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Timber Top and the management company for your next vacation.
