Nespresso-Maschine, Parkplatz od Garage um die Ecke, sehr freundliches Personal (jedenfalls die meisten;), tolle Lage, benützung des Fitness Centers Update (3min zu Fuss)

Ich hatte das Zimmer im 4. Stock. Es riech stark nach rauch, obwohl es durch Putzmittel übertont wurde. Das Hotel wusste, dass im Zimmer zuvor geraucht wurde, aber hat es mir trotzdem zugeteilt. Das ist eine Zumutung und inakzeptabel! Zum Glück hat der hilfsbereite Nachtportier um 2am richtig reagiert und mir ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Dennoch, eine herbe Enttäuschung... die Dame an der Rezeption konnte kein Deutsch.. wenigstens eine Entschuldigung wäre angemessen gewesen...

Tiny dated bathroom - omelette station rarely manned for breakfast

Everything was perfect! Location, facilities, breakfast, free mini bar, views, etc! Breakfast was one of the best I had on this trip! Freshly made egg omelettes, meats, smoked fish, breads, cheese, cakes, pastries, fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, different kinds of milk. The mini bar was amazing! Daily refill of beers, coke, lemon tea, frizante, chocolates, nuts, espresso capsules, fruit teas. They really pamper you! Got upgraded to a bigger room! It was raining, and they had umbrellas on standby! On day of check out, they even provided us bottled water to stay hydrated for our onward journey!

Food was poor value for money

Great location for access to lake and retail/restaurants. The shuttle to the train station was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was one of best we had in our two weeks of travel.

Our rooms had excellent views and was very comfortable. The bed was very big and the bathroom spacious. The minibar was "free" and the food on site was very good, we tried the local restaurant and the Dinning Room, both are to be recommended with original local menus. The cleaning staff left us some Swiss chocolate. The Sauna and wellbeing roof space were an excellent bonus.

We were charged CHF 3 for tap water!
