Bett ,sehr gute Matratzen. Frühstück war gut , gute Auswahl , es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Gegenüber vergleichbaren Hotel war das Bad großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber.
Wenn man Zimmer im 1 Stock hat , Straßenseitig es ist an der Hauptstraße , da ist es etwas lauter. Aber ab 21 Uhr beruhigt es sich und da man Tagsüber unterwegs ist ,ist das ein kleines minus.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 7 Personen, zu einer Familienfeier im Ort, angereist und hatten, wie gewünscht, nahe beieinander liegende Zimmer. Das war toll. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und kommunikativ. Unser Hund wurde nett begrüßt und kostete nichts extra. Schön eingerichtete Doppelzimmer und gemütliche Betten. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl im tollen Frühstücksraum.
Ein Fahrstuhl wäre schön gewesen, denn für meine 83 jährige Mutter war der Weg in die zweite Etage doch einigermaßen beschwerlich. Zimmer zur Straße, trotz Loggia immer noch ziemlich laut.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. Will happily recommend and use again

Next time we visit family in Paderborn we know the first stop will be Hotel Kaiserpfalz. Handy parking for the hotel too.

The rooms are great! Very comfortable beds, and a big nice bathroom. The staff is so service minded, and the breakfast was amazing. The only reason for not 100% score is the lack of an elevator
