Location

The location was wonderful. We had both breakfast and dinner at the resort. Both were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful.

We had little to no water pressure in the bathroom sink. There was only 1 remote for 2 televisions in the room.

Someone stole my towels from the washer. Maybe some security cameras would be nice

When we got there the bathroom has not cleaned I had to clean it before my granddaughter could use it dirty socks on the balcony (which is still there) insure bottle lay on the floor by the table it seemed like every day we found trash or someone’s stuff, when I txt the resort because our phone In the room didn’t work and told them they txted me back with a glad it got resolved I’m on vacation my husband and I work 60 a week and it got resolved cause I did it then I called asked for clean towels they told me they don’t do that so I had to go down and asked them they said that wasn’t true they never asked what they could do all I got again was they are glad it got resolved I think I should get the cleaning a day charge back for having to do it myself when I paid for it

The view and accessibility to things, parking garage needs larger spaces.

Bathroom shower had no water pressure as did the bathroom sink. Tub was not easy to get in and out of. Door code was persnickety.

On our last morning, we were awoken by a ROACH on my boyfriend’s FACE. The low water pressure, dirty blankets, long up/down walk from parking garage and uncomfortable bed were on point with the previous reviews and we were willing to overcome, but failing to act on complaints of roaches and having to wake up and take one off of your face is another level. He also flung it across the room where it then ran into the kitchen and disappeared probably under the refrigerator so we had to take extra precautions while prepping to check out by shaking our belongings outside so as not to bring one home. It is incredibly unsanitary and traumatic to have this occur, and I hate to say that it could only have gotten to that side of his face through my hair. Three showers were taken that day.
