The house was beautiful as pictures showed. Big windows to admire the beautiful blue water. It was stocked with kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, water filtration system and more. You literally have access to the private beach and your own pool. We had 3 families - 15 people and plenty of room with the 5 bedrooms. Only real issues were the appliances - dryer kept timing out and wouldn’t dry our towels for hours and dishwasher didn’t always seem to run when we used it.

This home is just as described in the VRBO listing. It is beautifully set close to the beach with a view that makes you want to wake up there permanently. Having such a nice pool to take a dip in after the beach was key for our kids. My family would highly recommend staying here!

We rented the home for 7 nights with 3 families, a total of 13 of us. There was plenty of room and sleeping space was great. The 2 living rooms and screened in porch came in very handy as unfortunately it rained 4 solid days during our stay:( The beach access on this home (#3) was the best out of the 3 during high tide and was super clean and no seaweed around at all! Absolutely amazing. Had a charcoal ceramic grille on the patio. Things we didn't know but super handy was there is a closet filled with floaties, beach chairs, and beach toys! Also we purchased a ton of bottled water but they had a water filtration system you can refill in the kitchen. READ THIS.....I wished we knew and had been told but the sand fleas!!!! are terrible near the beach and the mesquites get bad in the evening. This was on the whole island and not sure if it just had to do with all the rain that week. Get Deep Woods bug spray, it seemed to work. Locals said use baby oil as well. You will thank me for this! Don't depend on the WIFI 24/7. it worked for 2 days and the whole island was down the rest of our trip! Overall was an awesome place to stay and centrally located and easy to get to town.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaclusion. There were 4 adult couples and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment including a blender. The beach access was perfect and we had the space all to ourselves. The beach felt private our entire week long trip. Beds and linens were great. The washer and dryer with the soap made it convenient to keep up with laundry. The concierge made booking excursions, a private chef and a rental absolutely painless. She was readily available throughout the trip including a second lesson on how to operate the patio screens which, by the way, were amazing in the evening with bug control. All the furnishing were cozy and comfortable for lounging both inside and out. We were just a few minutes from the airport and the main town for grocery runs and shopping which was very convenient.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my 40th birthday at Seabatical! The villa is truly incredible and just as described - perfect for multiple couples or families. The location is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and beach were perfect, and we would certainly stay here again. Ayana, the concierge, helped us book a private boat tour one day that was wonderful. She also helped us book a chef one night, but I was not very impressed with the quality of food provided. We enjoyed our meals out more. Grill House at Grand Isle was our favorite!

Seabatical was an amazing house in a great location. Having the beach right in our back yard was amazing. Ayana was extremely helpful in helping with other activities.

Very thankful for the amazing time we had at the property during the Christmas week. We were greeted with a smile, and in amazement upon arrival. The house is beautiful inside and out! Questions or concerns were answered swiftly which was very appreciated. We had a group of two families with children ranging in age from 10 - 25 years old and they all loved their experience at the house and on the island. The kayaks were a fun added touch and the pool was very pleasant. The mid week "freshen up" was also a nice added touch. The ladies that cleaned were incredibly gracious. Minor suggestion for the property, but not a negative, would be new beach chairs and more towels (for the internal showers and for the pool). We were a group of 12 and washed towels daily. Overall we would highly recommend and stay again! Thank you for a great week!

A beautiful home on a secluded beach. There are 3 homes sitting on a couple of acres along the edge of a white beach. There are other homes in the area but for roughly 1/2 mile you have the beach along with the other two homes. It appears all 3 of the homes are of the same owner and managed by the same group. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for time on the beach. It is a gorgeous beach with gentle surf. The wind is constant on this side of the island but it keeps it very comfortable. The bugs are FOR REAL and they bite aggressively. Make sure to wear repellant if you are sitting on the deck or poolside. When the wind stops, the bugs come out. Must be no seeums because we only saw a few but everyone was covered in bites. A minor inconvenience however and it does not spoil paradise. You are very conveniently located and a short 5 minute drive to Georgetown. Be prepared when coming to Exuma. The prices are 3-4x what you see in the states. There are a minimum of conveniences in the island-a small grocery store that has little variety. Very little shopping, minimal nightlife. The restaurants are all similar in fare: conch, seafood, rice, beans. It is an amazing island however and the lack of development is REFRESHING! It truly is an escape from the resort atmosphere of the Caribbean. The locals are amazingly kind and the scenery is 2nd to none. Make sure to take a water tour of the area-by far the highlight of our trip.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy 10 days with family and friends. Host was very responsive for small issues. Location to Georgetown is perfect. Diving, Chat-n-Chill, Boat Tours, private beach, etc. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was better than we expected. Just a couple of things; 1. Front door lock needs to be replaced. They said it was fixed but we had to lock door from outside and walk around to the back to get inside. 2. You need a small safe in the house for passport’s, etc they are not expensive and almost everywhere you go they have them. But other than that, beautiful house. Beautiful private area. The beach was so beautiful. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home!! We will most certainly be back!

Everything was great. The house worked out wonderful for our group of 7 adults. All our children and spouses. I arranged several outings to explore/fish mostly by boat , a private chef (Gaitor) who made dinner and/or brunch daily for all to enjoy. The beach which is right there with easy access was so beautiful. Airport is convenient. Location is center of the island. By car if you want to drive island 45 minutes each way to explore by land. Beautiful and highly recommend. We loved our stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful and could comfortably accommodate our party or 9 and we had one bedroom unused. The beach was beautiful and just steps away. Don’t be alarmed when you turn off Queen’s highway onto a dirt road. It seemed totally sketch at first but the three homes at the end are all fabulous. We had the chef for most of our meals and I cannot say enough good things about Terrefli. I recommend having the manager get a boat to pick you up at the house for a half day tour. Also if you do full day Exuma then try to plan for the boat pickup at your house. We had to drive about 45 minutes to the dock but our neighbor was picked up at the house. I highly recommend the house and the island. It is all just as beautiful as pictured. You also need to rent a car. This was a last minute add but we went to the grocery and liquor store several times. We also ate at splash several times and loved it.

Our family of 8 including two sets of granparents, two adults and two children (12,15) really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect distance from both the airport and Georgetown. The house was in wonderful shape with a fantastic chefs kitchen and excellent indoor and outdoor living area. The pool was perfect temperature. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The wife worked well. No glaring deficiencies that I can speak of. If I had to give any recommendations for improvements for future guests it would be to improve the available beach towels, as those provided were on the small side and not really the best of quality. I would also recommend adding a small safe for valuables. These are of course very small things but would be small additions to an otherwise excellent VRBO. In general this is a house that I would definitely come back to and recommend to friends!!

We had a wonderful stay at Seabatical! Everything was perfect. Concierge was extremely helpful at arranging all off property excursions and answering all of the island questions. The Beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful! The house was conveniently designed for a large group!

Property manager Anayala is so helpful and responsive! Beach chairs, kayaks and a beach umbrella are provided. Had an A/C issue the last night and the property manager / repair people were amazing.

Home was very conducive for large family. We had 8 adults and 5 kids, ages 6 to 12 and the home accommodation was perfect for our group. Still has the newness feel to the property. Situated between airport and Georgetown with ease of ingress and egress. Three home close to each other but with lush landscaping, we never felt the closeness. Highly recommend this property. Owner and concierge we readily available. Rate the property a 10.

Perfect stay for a group of couple friends; the house was beautiful, seating areas amazing, perfect beach access. Ayana, the concierge, was wonderful and SO helpful!! We ended up not renting a car and she helped us arrange the taxi’s we needed (we didn’t leave much!). The boat excursion was so fun! The house was amazing, stay was amazing, island and all the people were so great!

We loved this property. We had two of the houses right next to each other for a large group. Worked out fantastic. The houses are very nice and new. Ayana helped with every single portion of the trip. Was super helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond for us!! Will definitely rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for large families or couples traveling together. It is has plenty of room, modern appliances, and the outdoor patios and location on the beach were fantastic. We highly recommend.

The property was nice, it's off the main road Queens Highway via an unpaved dirt road. The house is a run down and the beds and linen were not as comfortable as I would have expected for a home at this price point. The water pressure in the showers was terrible. The beach area is very narrow but the water color is beautiful. There isn't much nearby so you will need a car or taxi to get anywhere. The concierge was very helpful. Groceries are EXPENSIVE!!!!! We were unable to work the TV or get their firestick connected so we could not watch much. Overall it wasn't terrible but not as nice as I anticipated based on the photos

Wonderful trip - wonderful property - wonderful location...wonderful might sum up this property well for this Palmetto Bay beauty. The property is very well maintained, positioned well on the beach. The rooms are nice size and contains everything needed for your stay in Exuma. George Town is fairly close should you need supplies. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling with a large group ( 5 bedrooms) and want the ideal place for your enjoyment in Exuma. I will most certainly be a repeat customer.

We had a incredible trip at an incredible property! The house is brand new and lived up if not exceeded the photos. The concierge(Ayana) was very helpful and made the process of planning our vacation a breeze. She made great recommendations and helped us throughout out vacation. As soon as we left there were already talks of coming back again. However, there is no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance so a car rental is definitely necessary, but our family viewed this as a positive. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say. Great place. Helpful concierge. Beautiful island.

This was a significant amount of money and cash is hard to get on the Island. Second her email stated that she would meet us at the airport. She bailed on that the morning of the trip. Flying to Exuma for the first time takes getting used to (there are no property addresses on the Island) so we were a little lost and let down. LASTLY - you can not get off the island after 5 days without a COVID test. She left us hanging on that, which caused several of our group to get very worried about being able to leave. I literally had to beg for her help, since she seemed to have no idea of the actual process, one of the guides at H2O Go Adventures (highly recommend) got us in contact with a doctor that helped us out.

We also loved that it had direct access to the beach and that it was very private. The concierge service that was included was so great to work with as well and took care of anything we asked for. It was perfect for our family! We can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing home and location. It does not get much better than this. Home is new, comfortable and allows for pure fun for family and friends to be all together. George town very close so the marina, grocery stores and restaurants all at your fingertips.
