We absolutely loved our relaxing week in Watercolor with our family! There is so much to do and so much beauty to behold! We loved being able to ride the golf cart or bikes from Vacayzen everywhere we wanted to go. We could easily go into seaside to get coffee and donuts or eat lunch and dinner at the restaurants and food trucks. We had the golf cart to go to the beach club everyday with all of our gear. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for vacation! Close to pools and beach access! Golf cart was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sleeping arrangements were fantastic and perfect accommodations for 2 families with small kids.

This is a gorgeous home. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Perfectly stocked with kitchen accessories (could use a few more dish towels) and bathroom linens. Having the golf cart made it so easy to move about Seaside and Watercolor. We also loved being so close to Publix (a 6 minute walk or easy bike or golf cart ride with paths).

The location was fantastic!

We were totally blessed at Blessings by the Sea!! As you walk into the home you can feel peace and serenity. We had everything we could have needed. Perfect location! We rode bikes daily and the golf cart was great to have to get to Seaside! We loved our time there and anxious to get back! Thank you!!!

We just had our family of 5 but there are 2 true primary bedrooms with bath and sleeping spots for 5 more. Location is great and the screened porch leading out to the good green space for throwing the football is perfect. Riding bikes in the neighborhood is fun and having a golf cart is a must. House is super cute and well appointed.

This house was stunning!! We did have a couple issue- AC in upstairs and golf cart, but a quick text to the manager and they sent someone out right away. Wish the porch swing was in the downstairs porch instead of the one off the bedroom, but not a deal breaker. This was my dream home. Thank you so much!!

This was the perfect location for a mother/daughter getaway. The house is beautiful and perfectly furnished with absolutely everything you could need, but I think that the screened in back porch was my favorite spot, overlooking the beautiful green belt. The perfect spot to drink coffee and listen to the rain!

We travel often and this was one of the best Vrbo’s we’ve used. Honestly, we all tried to think of something we didn’t like about the stay and we couldn’t come up with anything. You can easily get to the beach, watercolor pools, airstreams, and restaurants using the golf cart. We didn’t use our car at all during the stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and had a ton of pantry and closet space for our belongings. We loved having the screened in porch where we could sit and watch the kids play in the backyard. The management was a pleasure to work with and quickly resolved an internet issue we were experiencing. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family has been to Watercolor several times, and we keep returning because we love the area. Our first time with iTrip. Again, LOVE Watercolor and the beaches along 30A, but our trip was riddled with hiccups that really took away from our experience. The welcoming email goes to great lengths to make sure you don’t arrive prior to 4PM. We took that seriously and planned our 12 hour drive accordingly. Upon arrival, our rental had not been cleaned yet. Needless to say, our crew of 8 was tired, hot and very disappointed to have to sit out in the van and wait. The staff was very apologetic, which we expected, but when you hammer the point home about arriving after 4 PM and we do, our place should be ready. Anyone who has been to this area knows that the grocery stores are packed and run out of items, but you can’t go shop for food until you’ve unloaded your luggage. Not the best way to start things off. The place was advertised as a super host rental, but I think some things really need fixing/replacing/updating to fit that description. The icemaker in the freezer did not work ( freezer was cold just broken icemaker). This has happened to us in the past, yet the rental agency made sure tomprovide us with ice everyday if we needed it, so as not to inconvenience us on our vacation. Those little things make a difference. Also, we had no internet service upon arrival. This was dealt with the next day. Two days in the power went out for most of the day (really worried our food would spoil). Odd thing is, other homes next to us still had power. After that, the internet did not work again and was 36 hours before that was fixed. The staff was responsive to these mishaps, but to be very honest, when you spend this kind of money, you expect your amenities and services should be in better condition. Sad to say, I would not return to this rental, though we will certainly return to Watercolor in the future.

Watercolor and the accommodations were beautiful. The one complaint I have is the golf cart. IT IS BY NO MEANS NEW!! very misleading in the description of the property. ____We used it the first day there and that night for dinner and it almost did not get us back!____Come to find out the batteries were completely empty, no water at all!____I went myself to buy water and put in them and then after several hours of charging it was holding a charge and working.____Overall, we had a great time BUT wanted to let people know that you do not need to go expecting a new cart like advertised!

Nice property in a great location. Unfortunately the golf cart was being repaired and we were notified a few days before the trip and unable to make arrangements to rent one. Having access to the Watercolor Beach Club is a nice bonus.

Great stay at Blessings by the Sea! Great location and conveniently located near the Dragon Fly Pool. Just a short walk across the Park! We rented their golf cart and it made it really easy to run over to Publix using the path at the end of Wisteria Lane. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need if you choose to cook in. Loved the nice fluffy towels. Highlight of our trip included a beach bonfire that included s’mores supplied by The Rental Shop 30a. This was a great set up! Owner couldn’t have been nicer and he suppose EVERYTHING. We will definitely be back and will do this again.

Our stay in Watercolor was amazing. The house was everything we could have asked for - clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped for our week long stay. The resort itself is wonderful with several different pools and white sand beach. We ate at several convenient resort restaurants - FOOW, the Wine Bar, and poolside bar, which were all excellent. The “kids” loved to explore the resort in the golf cart. The only downside was the internet, which went out during our stay.
