The place was very nicely decorated and clean, with a great porch with a view of the water. Cindy was a great host, quick to reply and answer any questions we had. Very conveniently located, just a short drive to Spring Hill, where we have friends, so I'm sure we will be staying here again in the future!

She made sure we had everything needed to make our vacation go as smooth as possible!!! We even had a visit from the manatees!! Saving to my favorites because we will definitely be back! Fishing is the best here !! We caught tons of fish as well as crabs!!! The house was stocked with all the poles and crab traps we could use!! Beautiful, beautiful home and area!! I've always stayed on the beach but now believe canals will be where I'm booking from here out. This house is definitely a must see!!! Tons of things to do within minutes of the home.

We had a great stay. One of the best stocked homes we have stayed in.

This home is an exceptional value. It is less than an hour from Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and other nice beaches in the area. Kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, a paddle boat, grill and did I mention it’s right on a canal with personal dock. The owner, “MS, Cindy”, is very nice and welcoming and she keeps a very tidy and clean residence. I highly recommend if you are traveling with kids . I highly recommend no matter who you are vacationing with.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights for his 22nd birthday. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the environment was peaceful. Cindy was always there when I needed her too ( great communication). We loved going out on the kayaks, just a wonderful stay all together!!! I highly recommend

Cindy is the most hospitable renter we've ever met!! The house has everything. Our 4 kids even slept comfortably & there was so much for them to do outside! We loved this house!!!

Clean well laid out. Almost every needed item for a great stay has been provided by the host! You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner well provided rental in the area! Compared to our stay a couple of weeks ago (2 blocks from this unit) this was the Ritz Carlton of rentals! Keep up what you are doing

Great accomodations!! It was peaceful, and we even saw a dolphin while relaxing outside near the docks. We were welcome to use anything we could see in the house, and the kayaks were great for the older kids!

This place was the cutest! My parents stayed. It was soo clean and stocked to the gills. They wanted or needed for nothing. Cleanest vrbo we've used! Cindy was the greatest host! This will be my go to for anytime my family is coming to town. Thank you Cindy for everything!!!

Cindy is amazing, her home is amazing and our vacation was amazing I would recommend her home to anyone interested in a quiet vacation with everything you will need.

This was a beautiful property, with everything we needed for our stay! Cindy is an amazing host, and is very responsive! They Hudson area is nice and quiet! With plenty to do around the area! 10/10 will recommend, and plan on coming back again!
