This was a perfect house for our family to stay for our vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made a great difference in everyone getting ready on time. It was very clean upon arrival and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. Location was perfect for what we had planned. If we ever come back to the Isle of Palms we will definitely look into renting this house again.

Our golf trip was great and having the pool and large common area to hang out in was perfect. It was just what we all needed! We needed some extra help in one area and had an immediate response!

My daughters and I spent a long weekend at the property and had the best time. The property is immaculate, with modernized and updated furniture both inside and out. Josh was incredible in timely communication and offering support. We explored isle of palms and Charleston but frankly loved just being home soaking up this beautiful property. Highly recommend !!

We chose this house over others because of the pool and spa. Nice clean home with room to spread out. We enjoyed our long weekend on the island.

Great home near the beach. It was as described. Our family wanted a quick getaway to IOP and this was perfect. Pool was nice. Everything you needed was on site. The golf cart was very nice to have to get around town and to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Lovely house in the Isle of Palms, within quick walking distance from the beach and an Uber to downtown Charleston. Wish we had more time in the pool.

Our family had the best vacation staying in this perfect home from home. This home was true to the description and pictures. The pool was fantastic, we all had so much fun playing, laughing, swimming and soaking in the spa. Awesome!!! We Enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porches, we used every corner of this home, the upstairs sitting area was great for the kids to play and watch a movie, while the adults were downstairs watching another movie, preparing food, playing a game. Having a glass of wine. Josh was amazing, he answered my calls and text immediately, and did his very best to take care of any needs or concerns we had as quickly as possible.Thank you so much Josh! We will definitely be coming back, our family loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful oasis.

My boyfriend and are I working remote for the month in Charleston. During this time we are exploring different areas and once we saw this listing on VRBO we knew we had to stay here on isle of palms. It was the perfect beach oasis. Wish we could have stayed the entire month!

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms and the house was okay but fell short in some areas and was a little disappointing in that respect. We were notified on check-in day that the elevator was not working but should be fixed that week. We were travelling with twin 5 month old babies, a two year old and my 82 year old mother in law. The elevator was not a nice convenience but very much needed, and it created some dilemmas that we had to adapt and overcome. The elevator never did get repaired so checking out with all of the baby gear was again a challenge. The shower/tub combos in the three small bathrooms are a bit odd and somewhat difficult to get in and out of. Kitchen was a lot smaller and cramped than the pictures portrayed, but the appliances were very nice and the dining room was spacious. The master bedroom suite was very nice and huge. The upstairs living area worked out really well for the babies. The two screened in porches were awesome, lots of bugs and they were not a problem at all. The pool was fantastic, loved the pebble finishing. Having the use of a golf cart is a very nice touch and we were able to use it a few times and not worry about moving the vehicle. The location in proximity to Charleston is a huge plus. The management company was very easy to work with and even offered to come and help us load up on check-out day, which wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated. Overall I would say 7.5 out of 10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property had an amazing pool with great features that the kids loved! We loved that the amount of shade in the back yard allowed us to spend hours in the pool in the middle of summer. We all really enjoyed having smart TVs in every room. The beds were comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. House is a very short distance from a public access point to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. We loved the whole stay, kids keep asking when we are going back!

Large, spacious house with a large pool, hot tub and a short 5 min walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and communicative. Perfect house for a family or friend get away with out without kids. Would highly recommend!

Our family decided on an early summer vacation in May at a new location for all of us, Isle of Palms. This property was a great place for us to chill & relax after an emotionally draining year. We LOVED the outdoor space from relaxing rockers on the charming southern front porch, to the magnificent pool & spa. The pool had a unique design that fits everyone’s needs, from slow moving grandma to spirited 3 yr old boy. We haven’t swam that much in the past 10 years as we did our week there. We were offered heating for the pool and spa and it was perfect each and every time was got into the water. The house is very comfortable decorated, bedrooms are quite spacious, beds super comfy with lots of pillows. I give this house 4.5. Some things needed attention, light bulbs out, sticky doors, etc. We were disappointed the grill did not work, and the outdoor shower did not work. The property manager was glad to hear the feedback and said it would be addressed. Kitchen is a little dated but very well equipped. We also really enjoyed the use of a golf cart, it was a fun bonus on an island getaway. Our first visit to Isle of Palm will not be our last. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return.

House was in a great location, very close to public beach access. Great pool with plenty of sun and shade and very comfortable accommodations. Would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The backyard is stunning and a perfect place for relaxation, happy hour or meals! The bedrooms are well appointed and the screened-in porches are perfect for the occasional beach thunderstorm. The proximity to the beach and to the shopping center is great! The host was also very helpful and accommodating! Would highly recommend this home!

We never booked this property or stayed here yet received an email that the owner/manager reviewed us a guest. We were never a guest and never booked this property. We were trying to coordinate a last minute trip and it did not work out.

We were in Charleston for a family wedding. This house was perfect! The location was close to all our events. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It’s a short walk to the beach. But best of all, the backyard and pool provided plenty of privacy and areas to relax. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Property was exactly as pictured. Backyard and pool area are amazing both for adults and kids. Short walk to beach and neighborhood was great. Short drive to shops and grocery store. Pool heat was perfect for early fall vacation. Host was very responsive to answer any questions! Would def recommend!

My friends and I needed a weekend away and this house was perfect! It was so lovely, we never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub. We never even made it to the beach because the backyard provided everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable..

This is a beautiful home! We stayed for 3 nights for a girls trip and loved everything about the home. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and an amazing pool and outdoor space! In addition, it is only a short walk to the beach which is really convenient. Lastly, communication with the host/Josh was really great and they were super responsive. We highly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our week at Mary's Beach Bungalow. We have a lot of local CHS family so they also joined us to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and close proximity to the beach. Comfy beds, modern conveniences and Josh was very nice to work with!

I have been to Isle of Palms multiple times and this is the second time I've stayed at this house. The house is extremely clean, very nice, and the backyard pool is - in my opinion - the best on the island. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need in terms of utensils, appliances, etc. There are two living rooms with one upstairs and one downstairs that both have big screen tvs and surround sound. There is plenty of space and - as noted above - the backyard makes you feel like you are at a resort. There is plenty of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The master bathroom is enormous, equipped with a large walk-in shower with car wash shower feature, a large jacuzzi bathtub, two sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The house also comes with a golf-cart that we could easily transport 2 adults and 4 kids to the beach and/or the local park. I know most come to Isle of Palms for the beach, but the fact that this house is two blocks from one of the nicer parks I've seen is something most people likely overlook. Even the front porch is equipped with four nice rocking chairs and fans to comfortably read or just relax. On top of everything else, Josh at JEA Real Estate is responsive and is quick to address any issues that arise. Overall, our stay was another good one, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Isle of Palms.

This is the perfect home for a vacation! Close to beach, amazing back yard, super clean, lots of room for everyone, and high end finishes throughout! This will definitely be a house we try to vacation in again!

This home was setup for the ultimate in relaxation. The outdoor living space and pool was simply perfect. The landscaping and umbrellas provided provided all afternoon shade even in while in the pool. The home was beautifully decorated and provided every amenity for a walk in vacation. Also the host was completely accessible to answer questions regarding things nearby and an even additional golf cart. We will be back!
