Clean property. Great location. Cute house with everything we needed. Hosts left us alone which was nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

A GREAT place - we so wish we had longer to enjoy this beautiful timeless cottage - so convenient to everything and in a super quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the touches of old and new. A very cool craftsman cottage done up well for guests and the fenced private back yard is an extra bonus, we'd book again for sure . Great spot for visiting Charlevoix, Petosky, and the entire area.

We stayed for 2 nights to experience Charlevoix and Beaver Island. We had a little hiccup
(Not the host fault) cause we can’t figure out the TV. The host was quick to request someone to help us.
My furry son Bruno, enjoyed the fenced backyard.
The place was clean, comfortable and accessible to everything even the car wash at the corner.
Check-in and check-out was so easy that my cousin forgot his laptop. Host was quick to inform us. My cousin and the host will arrange pick up time. I will be glad to rent again if I need a second visit to Charlevoix and recommend the Blue J.

This house worked wonderful for me since I was traveling with my dog. I had never rented a house before and wasn’t sure what to expect. The house was clean, the decor is really nice, and furniture is comfortable. It has a large fenced backyard but house is also in a neighborhood that has sidewalks so I could walk my dog. I would definitely stay at this house again if I come back to this area.

The Blue J cottage was just perfect for my 3 days in Charlevoix. Quiet residential neighborhood yet easy walk into town. Comfy sofa and bed....great TV (caught up on some favorite old movies) and large kitchen that is very well equipped. Most of all I appreciated the fenced yard as I travel with two small dogs. Excellent communication with the homeowner. Inquiries or answered within minutes. A+++

This was our second stay at the Blue J cottage in Charlevoix. It was relaxing, always a great location and cozy for family. But with two teenagers now, we are outgrowing the place and will have to book something bigger in the future with two bathrooms and more bedrooms.

My family of four, and our dog, all enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Blue Jay cottage. The location was close to nearby ski hills and restuarants, as well as a great hiking area at McSauba park, 5 minutes away. The cottage was comfortable and clean, and well stocked. Our dog was very happy to have a fenced in yard to play fetch in :-). Thank you for hosting us!

I live in ponte, Vedra florida, and my life can be very very busy there. Even though it’s a long distance, I enjoy coming up here to Michigan, which is where I was born my families up here, and I get the chance to see them on a regular basis, there’s always something to do up here. If you want to. The boutiques are always cute. The restaurants are good and this time of the seasons with the leaves changing it’s just so perfect.

The Blue Cottage works well for staying the night before catching the early ferry to Beaver Island. It is close to groceries and gas, making it convenient to stock up. The fenced in back yard offers a private hangout. Off-street parking is a plus. The only ding was a number of spiders and webs in the foyer area.

Excellent stay, perfect for our family of four and sweet pup! Lovely home located in downtown Charlevoix, in close proximity to the local ski areas and great eats between charlevoix and Petoskey! The house had all the basic needs to support our stay and entire home- linens, towels, kitchen supplies and cabinets were all super clean!! I would absolutely reserve this sweet home again in any season of the year. Thank you again for sharing your home ❤️🙏!!

The home was just as listed. Not directly in downtown but walkable if you don't mind about a half mile walk into town. Communication with the homeowners was very easy and efficient. I do think the kitchen could be better stocked. There was some food/spices left in the cupboards that was very old. A ton of coffee cups, short stem glasses, and bakeware and one very small fry pan. Could use some more practical items in the kitchen like larger fry pan and drinking glasses. Overall the home met our needs and we had a good stay though.

We needed a place to stay near Castle Farms for a wedding and this was a perfect location. The home provided us a nice place to relax, play some games, and drink some wine. Will keep it in mind if we return to the area again.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is very well maintained and we had everything we needed. Check in and check out very convenient. Our dog was the happiest of the group with a large fenced yard to run in. Looking forward to returning.

Convenient to all areas only about 30 minutes to Petoskey and other small towns that I wanna visit beautiful seasons with the leaves changing. Like I said top I ran away from home for quiet time and beautiful Michigan seasons

This was my first time renting this way. It was a very good experience. The renting manager was very helpful. The house was very clean, location was close to all the things we wanted to do. And to have the space to cook or chill ater a day of sight seeing was the cherry on top.

This is a very nice, clean, cottage just a short drive from downtown Charlevoix. It had enough room for our family of 3, and the dogs loved the fenced in yard.

This property is in a great location. Easily walkable to downtown and Lake Charlevoix. Out two small dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We really enjoyed our stay.
