The room had an unpleasant smell

The tub was great.

Security was a plus. Staff was very curtius and pleasant.

The room was fine.

No toiletries for bathing and overcharged $72 for unknown damages and then when call to address the manager just so happened to leave after he charged me extra but told me I was cleared and will get my $50 back but then I look and see $72 been taken off of my car so I felt like they just robbed me of my whole check for half of night

I loved the hot tub and the size of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard. It could use a mattress pad and better pillows. I did not enjoy the party next to me or the orgy they had. Also it sucks when people talk outside your window all hours of the night.

Very noisy neighbors

Nice help by clerk because booking .com did not transmit my reservation and we had 1 king bed instead of 2 doubles

Many unecessary rules..

location and air conditioning were both excellent

The restaurant was closed when I went there. There was a dead bug on the floor next to the bed.
