Me gusto mucho que todo estaba muy limpio en la habitación y además el personal siempre fue muy amable en darme las orientaciones precisas para no perder los tours y absolvieron todas mis dudas

Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, es gibt Abstellfläche und ein großes Regal mit Kleiderstange, zudem hat das Zimmer einen Balconcito, das Frühstück war gut und auf der Dachterasse ist auch eine saubere Küche zur Selbstversorgung
Wie in vielen Unterkünften hatte auch dieses Zimmer Stockflecken an einer Wand unter der Decke

Everything! This is place is really one of my favorite hostels in South America so far! It's super clean, beds are so comfy, nice rooftop. The staff is really amazing and helps you out wherever they can!
It's also perfectly located at walking distance from the plaza, yet super quiet!
The dorm comes with a big and clean (!) bathroom and an amazing hot shower!
This place deserves a triple 10!

Pretty 4-story house with lots of plants and a rooftop. Staff is friendly and hostel provides tours. The dorms have the best beds with hotel like thick mattresses and a clean and modern bathroom. Wifi is reliable too. I highly recommend staying there!

I had a great stay! The rooms were super nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great to prepare breakfast. The staff was super friendly and was a great help for booking tours. Muchas gracias!

I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed the calm of the place. It's a hotel with a couple of dorms, so even if not super social, you enjoy the cleanest room and bathroom in the city. Wifi is good, the kitchen is simple but usable, beds are comfy, and the staff is super lovely. And the terrace on top offers amazing views! You can't ask more for the price.
If you don't want to join any tours, you'll need to do your research independently.

Nice and super clean Hostel, the Staff members are really nice and help with every inquiry you have.
The reception is staffed 24/7 and they were so kind to check me in at 5 am as I arrived that early coming from Cajamarca. Really appreciate that so I could catch up on sleep. There is a Rooftop with beautiful view over the city and a kitchen to use. It's close to the plaza and a mirador.

The hostel was extremely clean. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which was cleaned daily, they even changed the bed sheets frequently. The service was very good, they helped whenever they could and were very friendly. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom big with super nice hot shower.
The bunkbeds above didn't have any storage or boards on the sides, so everything you take upstairs would fall down. Also the light is quite bright when you're upstairs, some small lights for the individual beds or curtains would be nice.

Excellent hot water - best I’ve had in Peru. Extremely clean room & bathroom. Decent breakfast with nice host. Easy to arrange day trip to Kuelap, and onward travel also to Tarapoto.
Loved staying here, but note that this isn’t a typical hostel vibe. More like a boutique hotel…at an affordable price.

Lack of security boxes in shared dorm is always a little bit weird. But the general vibe in the hostal wasn't feeling sketchy at all. Further than that absolutely nothing bad about the place.

Felt like a 3 star hotel more than a hostel. Very clean, beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower and the sink. Bedsheets and towels were really nice,l and toiletries provided. Amazing stay, definitely will stay again
No plugs for the beds in the upper bunk of the dormitory (but lots of plugs everywhere else in common area), can't use the kitchen for cooking (only for use of kettles and microwave)

There were some termites in the wood on the bunk bed in the dorm room, I felt that service could be a bit warmer from one member of staff, and they should change their laundry provider (long and expensive).

Perfectly clean rooms with nice beds and a view over the city. The breakfast was well taken care off. The host speaks English and gives great advice about the region. (If Kuelep is still closed, I would highly recommend Yalape (close Levanto))
