Clean home which was very important to us. Great location between bay and ocean. Owners were quick to respond. We would definitely rent again !

The house was clean and spacious. It was perfectly sized for our family and a few friends of our teenage daughter. It was in a good location between the beach and the bay. The only thing I would recommend is the addition of some some beach chairs and maybe a few bikes...but we rented our own and it was fine. It was a lovely house.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our second time back. I appreciate the home’s minimalist vibe without clutter, yet has everything you need (although, I would ask owner’s to add another end table to the master bed for perfection). Best feature for us is the deck with the second best being the bunk-beds that bring hours of fun to our kids.

This house is clean, has a great lay out, nice space in the backyard and is walking distance to all of our favorite Surf City spots! Another great year of memories made!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were very nice and communicative. The house was beachy and cute. It was just the right size for our family of five. The back deck was awesome. House is in a great location between the bay & the ocean and the also shops and restaurants. We had perfect weather. It was a terrific vacation and we would hands-down return to this property!

This was our first time in surf city and we had a great time. The house was clean, large deck in the back of the house to spend time on, and the outdoor shower was key when getting the kids cleaned straight off the beach. Within walking distance to a local park that was an added bonus if you have small children. The owner Denise was very responsive. Thank you!

Loved this house! Great location quick walk to beach, bay, parks and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Plenty of space to hang out , relax and entertain.

My family and I vacationed in LBI for the first time and enjoyed it! We loved Surf City and the little neighborhood this house is located in. It was easy to walk to area restaurants, mini golf, Scoops for ice cream, Pelican snow cones for shaved ice and How You Brewin’ for coffee. It has a great local vibe and my kids loved that it was two blocks away from the playground. Great central location. House was cute, comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. My girls loved the bunk bed room! Lots of natural light and temperature control units in every room made it very comfortable. The patio lights were also a nice touch for quite evenings on the deck while the kids were sleeping. We would rent here again when we return.

We always stay in Surf City to be near family. This house is clean, has a great layout and a fabulous backyard. It is close to the bay and park. Great home in a great little section of the island!

Great house for a beach vacation!
House was exactly as listed, perfect size and extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay, and loved the neighborhood. Rented bikes to get us back and forth to the beach and explore. Garage was a convenient place to store the bikes.
Deck could use some maintenance as some boards were loose. Overall, house was great and I would rent again in the future.
