Everything described in the info and photos is what you get. Leading up to the stay, the owners answered al my questions fast. The locations is what really sold us. easy walk to the beach. Really close to al the local eats. Pool was great (love salt water). The backyard was fun too. They really thought of everything we would need to feel homey. Can't wait to come back.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay here. It was incredibly clean, perfectly stocked, from laundry, kitchen supplies to anything you’d need for an enjoyable beach time and canal fun. The location is walkable to shops/food and awesome beach access points. I would 100% recommend and return. Our boys were almost 6, 3.5 and 15 months for our stay and the amenities of the property provided us all an amazing time.

House and accommodations exactly as detailed. Short walk to a beautiful white beach and kayak right from your backyard. Chilled out in the hot tub every night. First time visiting the West coast. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the pelican suite. It was very nice, modern, clean, with a very short walk to a beautiful beach!

Location was perfect.

This is a great location just one block from the beach and a short walk to Pine Street, City Pier, Rod and Reel Pier, and Bean Point. You can also fish from the lagoon off the dock on the backside of the property. There was only one fishing pole when we arrived that was in rough shape, but we bought two new ones and left those behind. Pool and hot tub where nice for when the beach was chilly. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella were great to have and got much use during our stay. There were two minor issues - the grill was clogged and dirty, but we managed to get it working. Also, the towel bar is missing from the master bathroom. Everything else was excellent, and I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and clean property with all the amenities. Loved the fish jumping in the water. The pool and hot tub were great. Only complaint is the water in the shower doesn’t drain well and there is a smell of sewer in the mornings. Other than that absolutely recommend this place.

The house was great and the location perfect. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Loved that it had a private patio and right off of a lake. Extra touches such as providing extra trash bags, dish detergent, etc was much appreciated as that’s not typically the case. Highly recommend.

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was perfect to keep kids entertained during down time between the beach and excursions (pool towels available). The dock on the lake was fun to throw a cast net (brought from home) and watch the countless mullet jumping out of the water. The property is an easy walking distance to the beach and convenient for daily sunset trips. Overall, this property was ideal for a small family to enjoy Anna Maria Island!

We loved this location!! The back deck being on the water was lovely and it really was just a few minute walk to the beach!! We will definitely stay there again!!

We had a great time here. Cute little spot, nice and private. Very short walk to the beach and just a slightly longer walk to the quaint shopping area. There was enough space for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The rooms aren’t huge, but they do the trick. The swimming pool is excellent, shaped like Mickey. One ear is a shallow kiddie pool or wading pool, one ear is a hot tub and the main pool is no deeper than 5 feet. The door that leads out to the pool has an alarm (you can turn it off) that’s nice to alert if children are going somewhere they shouldn’t. That was a nice touch. Beach and bath towels are provided, as is a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. That was all super convenient, especially the beach wagon. One recommendation would be to update the bath towels as they didn’t match the quality of the rest of the premise. Only sample sized shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap are provided, so if you plan to stay longer than a few days, make sure you bring your own stuff. Also, the kitchen is very well stocked with all you need to cook in house. That was very convenient, as well, since it’s hard to eat out with two little kids. If you do eat out, we thoroughly enjoyed Ginnie and Janes for breakfast. It’s busy, but the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. So close to beaches and shopping, we hardly had to drive anywhere. Nice little escape.

We had an amazing week here. Property was in a great location to the beach and all the restaurants. Had fabulous weather. Beach was beautiful!!!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5. (3 kids ages 10-14) The kids were happy to have their own beds. We enjoyed taking the kayaks through the canals. The rolling cart was helpful for walking to the beach. We grilled out one night and enjoyed dinner at the outdoor table. There was one minor maintenance issue (didn’t affect our stay) and the host responded right away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location. Clean, nicely decorated with thoughtful touches like beach towels, wagon and chairs. Quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! Close to restaurants and shops as well. We did have an issue with our door code on check-in which was unfortunate at 3Am when we arrived due to flight delays. Management did call right back though despite the hour and provided an alternative code.

We loved our stay! The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had a bit of an issue when trying to check in and get into the property but it was promptly resolved by the property manager. The location is nearly perfect in being off Pine street, and just a few minute walk to the beach. We will certainly be back!

Great cozy house, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Nice backyard with a canal at the back. The microwave tripped the circuit braker a few times but it was easily fixed. Hopefully they will check it out to avoid possible problems. We had a wonderful time! Great memories

Perfect location and perfect rental for a family of 6. (4 Adults and 2 children under the age of 2) Close to town and beach. Lakeside setting is quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed all the amenities (pool, kayaks) The beach wagon and chairs was an added plus. We will definitely return!
