This is a family owned hotel, good size and style, relaxed, very kind staff, polite and service minded. Very clean. Super breakfast, all you need and wish for. The hotel is situated in center of Garda, beutiful garden, close to everything and at the same time withdrawn and silent. This is a perfect place for exploring Garda city and surroundings. A home away from home. We will definitely return!

The staff could not do more to help, really friendly and polite. Free city bikes. Great views from the pool area and the lake facing rooms. Relatively quiet location but still very close to the lake. The rooms were serviced very well and promptly everyday while we went to breakfast.

In general the hotel needs an update, everything from the TV in the rooms, the rooms and decoration to the pool area and the dining/breakfast room. There was no laundry service available which we really needed as we were away for a few weeks. There was no evening meal service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms, great pool and great location. Overall would certainly recommend.

We were on the second floor and the Wifi was very poor - unusable. The room balcony was very nice but would have been improved further with a balcony light for evening. No food was available in hotel in the evenings during our stay.

Great stay experience. Personal care by the hotel staff. A very well-equipped gym. Close to restaurants and entertainment venues.

We love the Garden Hotel, you are made to feel so welcome by Lulgi the minute you arrive. Complimentary pick-up from the airport, there and back. Lovely relaxing hotel, staff very friendly. It is so convenient for going down to the Lake.

The manager and his staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide assortment of meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurts & fresh fruits along with pastries. We enjoyed using the bicycles to explore the area. Complimentary transport to Verona train station at the end off our stay was a treat.

It was a little more expensive than most places we have stayed.
