Great stay and easy to communicate with manager. The only complaint I have is though it stated there was construction going on, I never thought there would be constant drilling and workers right outside our window and at one point they were on the porch without anyone informing us beforehand. I spoke with management and they gave us a small inconvenience fee. I really appreciated their response. We would definitely stay again.

The location is great, and beach and pool access are ideal! The only complaints I have about this property is the door into the property was very difficult to get into with the key provided. You had to have the key just right to get it unlocked and sometimes that wasn’t easy to do! Also, the property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was still coffee grounds and filter from previous tenants left in coffee maker and spots all over the guest bath mirror. I don’t think it was cleaned at all! Everything else was great!

The only con I had on our visit was the floors needed to be cleaned. Everything else was perfect! Would 100% stay again.

Beautiful condo, updated features and furnishings, super convenient to the beach boardwalk.

Even though master bath was in the process of being remodeled we didn't mind. The condo was very comfortable and for us 60+ gals the walk to the beach was easily done. We loved the covered patio/balcony and watching the sunrises and sunsets. After hours check-in was a little frustrating when we arrived and better instructions on where to pick up the condo keys, find the elevator button at the condo and then operate the elevator would have made our long trip less frustrating. God sent a guest angel to help us. Once we made it to our condo we greatly enjoyed our vacation. We love the Perdido Key area away from some of the busyness towards Orange Beach. The office staff was very helpful the next morning in providing a hair dryer which even though listed none were to be found in the condo and a bigger than 4 cup coffee maker which wouldn't work for 5 women was delivered to our door. They also helped us navigate how to operate DVD player and Cable TV since there were no instructions.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The master bath we were unable to use. When I originally booked this place there was no mention of that. I can say just what I saw with the remodel progress .. that bathroom is going to be amazing! The booking was also an issue. And still has not been resolved. We used VRBO and was charged more than was was originally stated. I’ve reached out to vrbo who says it is the property that inputted something wrong and the property manager is saying VRBO. Still no resolution.

This sent us to the wrong condo and caused extra hustle with bags and kids. The condo was well equipped. There is not a Keurig, so that was a bummer; a very small coffee pot was available. The view and amenities were fantastic! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

I’ve never left a negative review before but this was too much of a disappointment. First we were told that one of the bathrooms did not having a working bathtub/shower. While this is technically true, I felt misled because the master bathroom was a full fledged construction zone. The bathtub and shower didn’t work because they weren’t installed. The whole bathroom was a mess. The window whistled at night because it wasn’t properly installed. There was construction trash left on the patio. We cleaned that up ourselves when no one came. To make matters worse the storm shutters were broken so the patio was hot and the view was cut off on one side. When I called about the storm shutters the first time they didn’t tell me that I had to talk to the on-site office. They didn’t respond to my email and then when I called again they let me know they couldn’t help. Five days into our stay they were finally fixed. Other issues are a poorly equipped kitchen, so-so cleaning and a stained couch. The wifi details are under the router and you need an HDMI cable for Netflix. Most places like this (& at this price point) have this kinda thing sorted. The location is great - right on the beach and a nice pool. Having stayed at a lot of VRBOs this one just felt like it wasn’t ready for renters and the property management company and cleaning crew were stretched thin and understaffed. There are much nicer places to stay in the area.
