We had a great time. The pool is directly across from the rental. The hot tub and sauna were a lovely addition. Host responsive and easy to get in touch with. Overall, great experience.

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you need to feed a large family like we had over the weekend. The only reason I would give 4 stars rather than 5 are things the owners cannot change. The location is right on the busiest street in garden city which is convenient when you want to go to the grocery store, but hanging outside was annoying with the street noise. Also there is no beach you can walk to whatsoever. The marsh area across the street is attached to a private drive way or travel through mud. All other beaches are driving distance away and on July 4th weekend felt very far away with traffic. If those things would not bother you, but want a clean and well supplied house this place would be perfect.

Communication with host is important and our host was amazing! Love the location of this property and might i add the beds and pillows were so comfy. Kids had a blast and loved the sauna. Great place for family and reset. Were definitely coming back

I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, the big porch had a great view. The hot tub wasn't too hot and for me that's a plus, I can stay in longer then. The kids loved the arcade games. The wifi was a tad slow in some rooms but otherwise A+

Timely communication with the host leading up to the stay. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The house was immaculate and even decorated for. Christmas! We used the hot tub and sauna multiple times/day. There was plenty of space for our 4 families to be here. We walked over to the clubhouse to play games. The kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

We enjoyed staying here for March and seeing the great Mountain Views that Garden City has to offer. The house was nice and cozy for excellent relaxation. Hot tub was the best with the wintry mix. Will love to visit during the summer months to swim at Bear Lake Beach. This is the most wildlife we had ever seen for the adventure. Will visit again!

This house was perfect! It is in a great location that is minutes from the lake and only a short drive (15 minutes) to countless winter activities. We enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding! We were then able to come back to a warm fire, hot tub, and plenty of room for our family to play games. The house was spotless. the house made for a perfect getaway!

Our family had a great time using the club house, hot tub, and bike trail. We had ATV access to the mountains one block away and bike and hiking trails for every age.

Wake, Lake, Shake!
Our family had a wonderful time boating on Bear Lake this year and this property made it even better. The home was clean and spacious and just what we needed for our family. The on-site gravel spot for boat parking was a definite plus for us. Jake was very responsive answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Stay at Bear Lake
We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Our kids loved the toys that were in the closet. We also loved the pool that is right across the street. It was a lot of fun for us and our kids. We will 100% stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!!

Jake has made sure to make this house a standout! Not only is it situated with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, it is thoughtfully laid out for maximum use. The two master suites, bunk room, and separate queen bedroom make this an ideal rental for families who want to travel together, yet still have privacy.

Perfect winter retreat!
Our small family and another small family stayed for2 nights and had a wonderful time! It was snowy and freezing outside so the hot tub was amazing and we spent a lot of time in there. The house was clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable as well! The only thing that would make the house slightly better is more hooks on the wall for coats and towels, and a frying pan:) we definitely hope to stay here again!!
