Everything about the house was perfect Loved having the ice machine in the garage and the bedroom off the garage was great for teenagers. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need.

This is an incredible beach house! It has exceptional decor and is fully stocked. It’s apparent the owners take very good care of their home.

One of the top rentals I’ve stayed with through the years. Easy check in and the place would be fantastic for any warm day or night. Clean, relaxing , amenities you would want. Used it for a Family Christmas gathering to open presents, eat, and play games. Little too cold for the beautiful balcony gulf view. But well worth the stay would stay again.

Everytime we stay VRBO we’re suspicious about whether the experience will match the description and photos and let me tell you… this place far exceeds both! Great set up. Extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent views. Right at the beach. But why leave the house ever?! It’s got a great pool and it’s just the type of place where we didn’t want to leave!!! We’re definitely coming back in the spring and keeping this at the top of our list for weekend getaways. Michelle & Sabrina we’re quick to answer any questions I had and we’re so kind! The house is well stocked with any necessities you might need along with some of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in!! We enjoyed the shuffle board and playing boards games! We shared some of the best laughs and made memories I’ll cherish forever! Thank you for a great stay! It was immaculate, to say the least!

We have a large family so had to get this house and another all to fit and it was perfect! Communication between the owner was great! She checked in on us and got us in early as we requested. My family and i enjoyed our stay!

There were pros and cons at the rental. Pros: The house is in a gated neighborhood, great proximity to the beach, working elevator, nice decorations. Nice view from top outdoor floor. Less view from the third floor where the kitchen was. Kitchen stock and linens were great. Beds were really comfortable. Top floor couch is cozy. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice size TVs. No crazy check out instructions. Reliable wifi. The shuffle board table and the fridge in the garage were cool. Garage had an excellent big ice machine. Neutral: no salt and pepper shakers. Host doesn’t arrange golf cart rental. Cons: There were a lot of roaches. All longer than 1 inch. Over the 3 night stay we counted over 10 of them not just a few, one even under someone’s bed pillow. I also found a scorpion crawling across my shirt after I just showered and got dressed when I was inside and got stung as I was trying to get it off me. The cleanliness at check in wasn’t great. The shower curtain in the apt downstairs has turned that reddish color that happens when it’s starting to mold. Also it’s overflow drain had a sizeable rust stain going down. Hair in the upstairs bathrooms. Funk smell in the lower level apartment overall. The air conditioner has a leak in the apt and it’s made a streak mark on the wall that isn’t appealing. And many hours a day there’s no shade at all by the pool despite the pergola. Bunk room is very snug. Bunk room extra lights hung were not plugged in and the cords didn’t reach the outlets. Outdoor shower didn’t work. Pool was very dirty and full of debris we couldn’t get rid of with the provided pool net.

I can’t say a single negative thing about this property! The open floor plan was perfect for our family of 8 and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also super cute with tasteful, beachy decor. I, unexpectedly, was in a walking boot with a broken ankle so the elevator was quite convenient! The host was always easy to reach for questions about the house or area. Definitely hated to leave!

This home was incredible! 3 floors and a rooftop balcony. Close to the beach. Updated appliances and kitchen made for an extremely relaxing time inside and outside the house. Views are incredible all around. With all the rooms and spacing, it’s almost impossible to feel crowded even with a large party. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future! Communication from host and their assistant was always fast and efficient as well!

The house was wonderful! Kids loved the private pool. Kitchen is very well stocked. We couldn't figure out the AC (🤣🤣) so we got a little cold at times but you're probably smarter than our group. Propane was out when we arrived but we called and it was replaced promptly with a full tank.overall it was a great stay!

Honestly it doesn't get any better than this wonderful beach house! My teenager and I loved it! Cloud Nine is in an adorable gated community filled with cheerful, pastel colored homes not far from the beach. The house itself was pristine! It had a wonderful view of the ocean and every room was spotlessly clean, light, airy and beautifully decorated with a fun beach theme. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it hard to get up to watch the sunrise on the rooftop balcony. We did it anyway and it was well worth it! The sunrise over the ocean was spectacular! The hosts went above and beyond to make the stay feel like a 5 star beach resort. You can tell they care a lot about good hospitality! They provided every amenity you would expect to find and then some! We especially appreciated the bowl of healthy snacks waiting on the counter. It was a gracious touch that came in very handy when we first arrived! The house had everything we needed from q-tips, beach towels, coffee filters, sugar packets and creamer to wine glasses and a bottle opener. The shuffleboard table in the game room down stairs was a ton of fun! We would love to come back again!

We had so much fun staying at cloud nine this year instead of our usual condo. From the elevator and commercial ice maker to the private pool this place has definitely earned our return visit!!!

We had a party of12 people ranging from 55 yrs to 5 yrs old and we had plenty of room to spread out! The finished garage with shuffleboard, pool/beach supplies was nice and the extra fridge and ice machine was a godsend! The elevator kept us from breaking our backs with hauling everything up to the 3rd floor where the kitchen is located. The beds were comfortable and the A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool. Kitchen was fully stocked too. We spent evenings watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. We did have a couple minor hiccups (door code changed and non-functional toilet) when we first arrived but I've never seen a property mgmt company respond so quickly and efficiently. Sabrina even messaged me the next day to check in to ensure everything was going OK. A couple notes of constructive criticism would be to have the cleaning crew hit underneath the beds (we saw some debris from past guests) and I wanted to sweep it up along with crumbs from the kids in the kitchen but I couldn't find a broom, so that would be helpful to add for the future. The left side of the grill wasn't working but honestly, it's a huge grill and we made due with the fully functional right side. Lastly, even though there's an artificial owl to scare away the birds, there is a pigeon nesting under the roof (even saw him sitting on the railing next to the owl :-D) and he's leaving droppings on the pool deck. I hosed off the pool deck (with one of the three hoses provided) and went about our business. Hose out front was great to wash off all our beach gear. Overall, we had a great time and made great memories here! Thanks!

Different levels were perfect for our 3 little families and one bigger family on the 1st level! Pool is great for relaxing swims. Communication with property manager was seamless during the entire stay. LOVED the guidebook that was provided for pointers for checking in, the stay and leaving! Will book this property if we make the trip back to PA!

This house was perfect for our friends (3 couples and 1 teen) vacay. Plenty of space/spaces to gather, great kitchen for cooking our large meals as well as a grill by the pool and the elevator was super helpful. The view from the top balcony was great and the location was a quick golf cart ride to beach access. Would stay here again!

We had an awesome experience. Property exceeded our expectation. The pool was great, clean, not to deep, and convenient especially for our little kids who skipped the beach our last day but still enjoyed the water. We really liked the ice machine and the elevator was a real plus. The rooftop deck was amazing to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The community was nice and quiet. Communication was great. Excellent customer service! Everyone had a wonderful trip.

This was a team retreat for our small company. The property was great and brought us all closer as a team...it was absolutely perfect. Any issues we had due to tight bookings/cleaning were quickly and seamlessly taken care of so that we never had to worry about anything. Will definitely book again.

We loved our stay at this property. The ocean view from the rooftop were amazing. The elevator was perfect for my mom who has a hard time with stairs, and my kids loved it too :)

Although we made the best of our stay and enjoyed the location and accommodations for our family, the property was not clean. I would recommend the owners get a new cleaning crew. The floors hadn’t been cleaned/mopped and were very dirty. There was absolutely no hot water in the kitchen no matter how long you let the faucet run. Worst of all was the cockroach infestation. They were everywhere-the garage, the guest suite, even on the third floor. In the guest suite they were especially bad in the bathroom. They were found crawling on my daughter’s toothbrush, crawling up the walls, all over the clean towels in the linen cabinet and hanging on the toilet paper roll. They were getting into the house through the elevator shaft on all floors. We saw them in the elevator shaft. A serious exterminator is needed. The pool was filthy and we cleaned it ourselves before the pool person showed up several hours later. The grill wasn’t working (only one burner out of four) and we ran out of propane and had to contact the management company to get a refill. We are a family that does not complain but I feel a warning is needed to other clients before they book this property. We have booked other Vrbo’s in Port Aransas and never had these problems.

Super cute and clean place. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, make coffee, and with cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer with detergent/ softener to use was a bonus after our beach days. Love the numerous outdoor areas and don't forget the pool! The extra fridge downstairs, the ice maker, and the elevator made our life easier for sure! Plenty of space for 2 families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 15 years old. Would stay here again!

Check in process was seamless. The managing company communicated very well throughout the process and was available if I needed anything. The elevator made moving between floors easy.

The house was very well decorated and put together. There were just a couple of things that needed to be fixed; the pool was very dirty upon arrival, the front door lock did not work during our entire stay, and the bathtub drain plug did not fit meaning we could not use the bathtub. The property manager was very attentive and asked if we wanted the lock fixed while we were there. We chose not to have someone come in and disturb our vacation. Overall this was a good experience. Great rooms, towels, and linens. Close proximity to the beach but you definitely need to rent a golf cart.
