The room was clean but little, cleaning upon request, breakfast buffet was ok during the weekend but on Monday morning the kitchen served a lot less, the distance to the metro station was within 7-10 minutes of walking through the special tunnel.

The most inconvenient part of my trip was the damage deposit which the hotel charged ( 150$ per person per day which in case of my family of 4 adults was almost 3 times the bill 😳) and released after 7 business days…

Breakfast was okay. Nothing exceptional. Staff was helpful with the exception of a front desk clerk who was extremely rude.

Our room faced the road. Traffic noise was terrible. Would recommend sound proof blinds or curtains to curtail outside ambient noise. Parking was also an issue.

The only thing I liked about the place was that the elevators were activated only by the room key card making me feel safe and knowing that some random wasn’t just going to enter and be wondering down the halls

The sheets had holes like they had been bitten by animals (mice) and they were stain had black lines or old stains it was nasty. The Wifi did not work at all and I had a task due in a few hours and called the reception and did nit help at all I had to end up sharing internet from my phone to my computer…
