Gute Lage nahe der Altstadt, saubere Zimmer, unkomplizierter Check-in mit Code.
Das Restaurant im Haus war leider geschlossen, das Frühstücksbüffet sehr übersichtlich gehalten, die Zimmer zur Straße hin etwas laut wg. Lokalen in der Nachbarschaft.

Superschönes Hotel in zentraler, aber extrem ruhiger Lage, sehr sauber und hübsch. Im Hotel wird man total verwöhnt, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Wasser und PRALINEN und zwar richtig edle! Ich habe meinen Aufentahlt sehr genossen, Ruhe, Regendusche und morgens Kaffee auf der Terrasse getrunken mit Blick auf die wunderschöne barocke Kirche, ein Traum, danke! Ich empfehle allen Urlaubern unbedingt ein Glas Wein auf der alten Mainbrücke zu trinken. So nett. Den Tipp hab ich aus der kleinen Hotelbroschüre.

Die Lage war top und das Ambiente und Personal waren super.
Obwohl das Zimmer sehr klein war, war eigentlich alles da, was das Herz begehrt.
Man könnte darüber nachdenken, ob man die Laufzeit des Wasserhahns am Waschbecken verlängert.
Laktosefreie Milch oder Hafermilch zum Frühstück wären auch super, wie haben allerdings nicht gefragt, ob es welche gäbe.

Sehr gute Innenstadt-nahe Lage. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Die Terasse sah nett aus, war aber Ende Dezember natürlich nicht zu nutzen. Wir waren eine Nacht Ende Dezember 2023 dort. Die Schankstube haben wir nicht besucht.
Leider war das EC-Gerät an der Rezeption ausgefallen, wir mussten bar zahlen. Demgegenüber war aber das Personal wirklich nett. Es gibt keine Parkplätze, wir konnten aber in der Nähe parken.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer und Bad modern und sauber
Das Zimmer war winzig und ohne Vorraum, so dass Restaurant Gäste im Innenhof praktisch neben dem Bett sitzen. Auch im Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn duschen und husten. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise aber ausreichend und ok!

Terrific Location. Short walk to the old town pedestrian area yet surprisingly quiet. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Lovely indoor and outdoor sitting. Easy drive from Frankfurt airport if you arrive in morning or midday. We made it our first stop on the Romantic Road.
Only thing that could be improved is having either a full time front desk person, or at least a bell.
Staff were incredible, friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to the station and Residenz, plus restaurants, bars etc. The check in was very friendly and the room spacious, clean and well equipped. A bonus was the hotel's own restaurant - great local food, and excellent, knowledgeable service.

Location is quite nice. We also liked the breakfast. The room was clean.
The staff can hardly be called friendly. Once it even seemed to us (and not unreasonably) that the employee was drunk.
There was no wardrobe in the room - it's inconvenient. It was very cold (even after turning on the heating). The floors were especially cold.
Also, the noise from the bars, which are located on the same street, was constantly heard from the windows. It interfered with sleep.
Overall the room didn't feel comfortable and we didn't enjoy staying there.
