Just what a couple or small family needs. It was clean, cozy, and it had the basics. The parking space is tight, though. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

This place is better than the pictures suggest! Such a cute little back yard area for the dog, or for storing all the sandy beach stuff. The inside is bigger than the pictures make it seem as well, plenty of room for making meals, or just hanging out. Super close to everything, walk to breakfast, dinner, the bar, anything you want! The Pass-a-Grille area is the perfect little beach town, just far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to bigger cities/beaches if you prefer. Will definitely be coming back to this place when we visit again! :)

Excellent trip made easy with a conveniently located and clean place to stay after a day on the beach. Very pet friendly and close to all Pass-A-Grille has to offer. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a must-stay. Our place was beautiful and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and close to everything. Only 1 block (an easy walk) to the beautiful white sand blue water at St Pete Beach. The Property Manager was so helpful. We definitely recommend this great place!

Fantastic place. Even better than the description. Perfect for a couple with a couple of little dogs. Own private courtyard, beautiful, modern, clean ...with designated parking spot...and steps the beach, a dog park and restaurants. The place even has plenty of WORKING beach gear ...including a wagon,umbrella(s) plenty of beach chairs, toys, a cooler, floaty things...you name it. There are also 4 bikes ( and 2 helmets)...and a kayak for guest use. Pass- a-Grille is just charming too...soft sand beaches and beautiful clear turquoise gulf water. Per my husband, his favorite beach so far...and we've been to many ! Per Andy, ' rom-com' perfect ! Our advice, book it now !

First time out with our new puppy and this rental was perfect!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that was a little bit confusing was that the units/doors are not numbered, so we had difficulty figuring out which one we would be staying in at first. It’s such a short walk to the beach and shops, has great amenities, and was perfect for our short stay!

This property is great!!! Everything you need is here. Very short 2 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back this Fourth of July if there’s a vacancy. Thank you!!

This little cottage had everything we needed for a getaway from the cold in OH. It also has a private little patio area. Best of all it was dog friendly! It was nice to have a kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make meals. We walked everywhere in the area with our dog, a med border collie. The dog beach was a bit small but there is a great dog beach out on Ft DeSoto, about 5 miles away. There is a great neighborhood store within walking distance as well, that has many home-made options for dinners as well as having deli meats etc. We really enjoyed our stay here. The managers were available when we had questions about entry into the cottage, easily solved. They followed up to be sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend and will most likely be back again! Oh, the bed was so comfortable! I'm looking to replace our mattress here at home with this same mattress! Thank you again for an enjoyable vacation!

This was a perfect spot for a couple vacationing with dogs - very clean, well stocked and an excellent location. “Pet turf” in a private courtyard made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Kristin and hosts.

Best thing about this apartment is the location. Whole town is dog friendly. We had a great time.

Great beach. Great place to stay. Just a little problem with the bathroom door

Small 1 bdrm apt was simple, basic, and fine for a couple and our two dogs who wanted to explore St.Pete beach and St Petersburg for a few days. Would stay again if weather cooperated, so we could walk a block to the lovely beach- it was chilly this trip. 20 min to Fort Desoto off leash dog beach. 15-20 min to downtown St Petersburg. Next time would like to enjoy Pass-a-Grille bars and restaurants, they all looked good. Quiet neighbourhood Thanksgiving weekend.

Loved St. Pete's Beach and the cottage. Convenient location and we walked everywhere. We liked that Pass - A - Grill is not so commercial - lovely neighborhood. We would absolutely reserve the cottage again.
