Relaxing, comfortable, will return

We had a great time in Hot Springs, AR. The condo was super nice, clean and in a great location. The owner was very communicative and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to check in quickly. We will definitely rent here on our next trip to Arkansas!

We spent 2 nights at this property and would definitely book again! The condo is just right. We found it immaculately clean. The king bed is medium firm which is what we prefer. Glad I brought my own firm pillows because the ones there are too soft for us. All the furniture is high quality as well. AC worked well, great shower, everything. I also loved the swimming pool! I also love that the door lock code is programmed as your phone number so it’s easy to remember, plus it gives you the security that it’s being changed with every rental. So the previous guest can’t just randomly walk in, not that they would but I like this better. The only thing I’d mention and this doesn’t even reflect on the owner is that the staircase up to the condo felt a bit sketchy. I am however well over 300lbs myself, but even my wife didn’t love them. They are a bit creaky and probably due to be updated. But that’s more of an HOA thing. Awesome experience and will be back!

We loved our stay. The condo is very cute and well located. Cozy bed, nice baths, pretty, cute kitchen! It’s fun to sit on the balcony watching the boats having coffee, and breakfast. Cozy spot!

We have never been to Arkansas for a vacation and we were extremely impressed with the scenery and mountains. Lots of trails and views to take in, the best part, none of that heavy traffic that goes along with Branson or other vacation hot spots.

We had an Amazingly restful and enjoyable mini getaway in Hot Spring, Ar. From the ease of the booking process to the incredible decor, cleanliness and beautiful views, the entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

The property was beautifully maintained. They had thought of everything, I brought things to cook simple meals and everything I needed was there. Blanket to sit and watch movies or sit on deck. Exactly like pictures. Close to everything. Definitely will be back

Stayed for a work meeting. The location was perfect and the amenities were incredible! The owner was very helpful and the condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed! Great experience! Will stay again!

It was very beautiful. Loved everything about it BUT when you have to go without hot water and then learn the renters before had the same problem is ridiculous. We called first thing in the morning. Told a plumber would come out. Next heard at 3:30 that day that plumber had not gotten back to them.

It was very easy ! I'd do it again.

Condo was exactly as pictured! So beautiful, amazing lake views, very spacious, and the cleanest condo I have ever been to! It was stocked with absolutely everything you need and plenty of it! You won’t regret staying here!

We spend our 4th of July weekend at this place. We love the location and view of the lake. The good surprise was having fireworks view from the balcony. The place was clean with all the necessary utenciels.

The condo was as described, very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and owner was very quick to respond when we reached out to her. The balcony was a great place to sit and relax. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything. The view was AMAZING and we were centrally located to access whatever we needed within a few minutes.The condo made us feel like we were at home. Only complaint is the time went by much too fast. We will definitely be back made our Anniversary special
