Very well equipped cottage with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. With only a 5 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to the beach the location was excellent. We were greeted with a lovely welcome hamper which was a nice touch, the small outside space at the rear of the property was ideal for our 4 legged friend who enjoyed the stay as much as we did.

Great location, hosts very helpful, lovely cottage which has everything we needed. Lots to do for families nearby.

The house was spectacular and the host is very helpful and the welcome basket was lovely too.

The only downfall was no bath but we took a baby bath instead

We felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door and loved all the little touches, especially the welcome hamper. The owners were easy to contact if there were any problems (there weren't any!)

Parking says free parking but it’s on the street outside a lot of the time you can’t get parked and have to park streets away

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. It was in walking distance for lovely beaches, super coves to explore from coastal footpaths, lighthouse near with a fabulous food restaurant, pubs, a handful of shops. We watched seals in the sea at the lighthouse.

Parking was on the main road outside the property and was sometimes difficult to find a parking spot.

Everything, absolutely everything! The host has been outstanding, I can not complain about 1 single thing, beautiful beaches and scenery are on your door step, the facilities in the home are immaculate, I am blown away with this place and will definitely be returning! What a beautiful home and place this is. This has been one of the best holidays I've had with my family, this home has so much space and is excellent for bringing children, the host has gone above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and have everything you could possibly need, I was blown away by this place upon arrival and I am still blown away the day I am leaving, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to see the sights of Bridlington, flambrough and Scarborough, it has been incredible staying here

Nothing, there is not 1 thing I didn't like about this home, nothing to complain about

Good location, near beach, great seaside walks, watch sea birds, seals, unfortunately we come a bit too early this year for puffins, never mind, will definitely come again. A clean, warm, comfort cottage, well equipped kitchen, Lovely hamper to welcome us. Especially, there is a small back garden with a lots of flowers, a wooden door with clematis, beautiful!

Grove cottage was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a great stay.

If I had to nit pick, I would say the attic stairs are quite tricky and the parking in the street was sometimes difficult.

Clean, bright and comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen, close to all amenities and walks. Nice welcome hamper, and dog friendly.

As it’s an older property the ‘attic’ stairs have to be carefully negotiated.

Everything you could wish for is provided, property is smart, clean and comfortable and in a great location. Dog friendly with enclosed rear garden. Fast and friendly communication from the owners. Perfect.

Super house. Spotlessly clean, well decorated throughout. Lovely hamper to welcome us. Great toys, books and games to keep little one entertained and loved the kids bus themed bunk bed. Would love to return to Grove Cottage.

The Cottage was lovely a very homely base for our holiday, location was perfick with a short walk to either the North landing beach and the center of Flamborough, we had no trouble parking and never used the car for the week as everything was walkable , some amazing walks around Danes dyke and the Costal path from Thornwick Bay to South landing beach , definitely recommend Sewerby Hall where you can catch the land train to Bridlington, had a great time and really didn't won't to leave 😀

Everything was spot on

We loved the location - very handy for getting to all sorts of places. We loved the house - tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Our grandsons (5 and 7years) loved all the toys and games and book.

Nothing! We had some difficulty getting the TV to work but that was as much about our own ineptitude as anything else! One phone call to Adam resolved the problem!

Superb location, fabulous coves and caves to explore, sea birds to watch. The house was lovely, clean nicely decorated. Great communication from owner, generous welcome basket. Lovely place to stay, could have stayed longer.
