Shane’s place was great! The kitchen was well stocked. There was even a washer and dryer unexpectedly and also a small vacuum which helped with the sand. Shane was very prompt in communication!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo, and would totally stay here again! This was a perfect location for a romantic getaway. It was extremely clean and easy to check into after hours.
We loved waking up and seeing the ocean every morning. The only flaw was the construction happening next door; however, we could not hear it from the bedroom.
Biggest advice is to bring a snorkel and goggles with you! The snorkel hot spot is located right in front of the complex and neighboring all-inclusive renters do walk down and snorkel there too!
There is also a restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) located between the complex and the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

I booked this location based on the reef right off the beach and wanted to have to some great snorkeling. It did not disappoint. Can't beat walking out on the beach and seeing some great reef fish in just a few feet of water. The condo was nicely decorated, the kitchen had all the right appliances to cook a few meals during our stay and the AC was nice and cold. Was very convenient having the Somewhere Cafe right there for a couple of quick meals. Was able to walk to a few other restaurants from the Coral Gardens location as well. Had a few nice breakfasts on the porch overlooking the beach in the morning. Great Stay.

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Turks and Caicos. The place was spotless, the people on the property were so nice and helpful, and the location was perfect.

Shane’s place in Coral Gardens was fantastic. Great location, clean, safe, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved have Somewhere Cafe on site. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect for our stay, couldn't have asked for a better location to snorkel, relax and soak in the sun. Thank you to our hosts who have a beautiful place! Everything was perfect!

This place was in a great location with restaraunts not a far drive and a really good bar/restaraunt on property (somewhere cafe). Amazing beach and snorkeling in front of the property. The condo itself was very clean and nice. The staff running this property were very kind and helpful in helping us book an excursion and anything else we needed help with. I would 100% recommend and book this location again. The only con was the construction next door but I noticed lots of construction all around the island so it happens and it didn’t change my outlook on the property and this condo at all.

Construction blocks some of the view but it is still beautiful directly from the balcony. Bight reef is in rough shape with a lot of bleaching but we were still able to see a lot of fish, rays, and turtles

Accommodations as expected. A bit of a walk or taxi to most restaurants. Restaurant Somewhere served our needs well. Walked to Blue Water Bistro but get reservations early for most restaurants. Beautiful beach and snorkeling! Thanks!

We anticipated the construction next door. Sound was not a problem when on the beach but it is very present from 7am until after 5pm. One day concrete was being poured until 10pm. The panoramic view of sunset from the balcony is blocked on the left side by scaffolding and netting. Just growing pains until the Andaz is completed.
The beachfront with the coral reef is a fantastic location for snorkelling! You can walk east or west on the beach for an hour. The staff are helpful and the somewhere cafe is very handy and they do takeaway.

Fantastic condo with great views and everything you need for a beach vacation. Incredibly clean with great decor, and an amazing view. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and a short taxi ride to grocery store and airport. A+

We went to Turks for a big birthday and this property did NOT disappoint! We will certainly be coming back. The staff was top notch, our location was ideal for drinking coffee in the morning on the patio. We loved having someone on site to assist with booking adventures. This was a perfect layout for two people. We could have added a third for the couch, and that would have been great too since there is a guest bathroom.

Perfect spot for beach and snorkeling. Reef 20 yards from steps. Somewhere cafe on property was great food, drink,music. Car or taxi required to get to restaurants and grocery. Condo was clean and view was great. Only caveat is condos building next door has started. For now noise was an occasional nuisance. As it progresses will limit view of sunsets. Office staff great for info, reservations and other requests. Great spot!

When we booked it we didn’t realize that it was right in front of one of the best snorkeling areas. Pleasant surprise! The restaurant was great. We would totally stay here again.

Great condo right on the beach. Tastefully decorated with everything you need. View is perfect! Hard to leave the condo view is so nice. Bare feet to the beach. Sand is soft and perfect. Smile right off shore. No complaints here. Nice to have a restrauant on property.! Coco bistro was fantastic.

If being steps from the ocean, in a lovely condo, with staff that make everything easy and a responsive owner who is helpful every step of the way is what you are looking for, then you must stay here! Condo is exactly as pictured - very comfortable and clean. The bed was great, kitchen was well equipped, and looking out to the ocean just feet away was perfect. We loved our time here and wish we had stayed longer. You will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I just stayed for a week in November. The condo was beautiful and decorated so nicely. Ocean view off our balcony was a great way to wake up. The location was great. You can walk right out your backyard and have a stunning reef to snorkel. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. All the staff was friendly. Can’t wait to come back

Loved our stay. Condo is literally steps from the beach. We loved that the beach was never crowded, always got a spot with lounge chair and umbrella regardless of time we decided to go to beach. Condo is so close that I could just easily get whatever I forgot and could even go make some lunch and bring it down. That’s how close it was. Went for a walk all the way to the big resorts on Grace Bay and they were just enormous and crowded with no snorkeling spot nearby like we had.

This condo is absolutely amazing! What photos can't tell you: you can hear the waves on the beach and watch beautiful sunsets, with drinks in hand, on the terrace in the evenings and then walk steps away to snorkel on the reef in the daytime. The water is crystal clear, the restaurants nearby are abundant and the condo is spotless and has everything you need. Loved our stay!

The unit was very comfortable and clean and met our needs for a relaxing time. The hosts and front desk were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We will not hesitate to book this unit again.

You have all the perks here as described. You are close to pool and beach and a restaurant. We are all about views and enjoying them. This is a feature I am not sure gets much attention but the ENTIRE glass wall door to the patio OPENS. It all slides to the wall. The view I has no competition!
Looking forward to another stay.
*Just a note If anyone was wondering. We stayed til Feb 2nd and no construction has started next door as of yet.

This was our first time to the Turks and had a wonderful time. The Place was great! Very clean, could walk out on the beach from the room, staff was wonderful! The view from the room was great! The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the furnishings in the room! Lots of good restaurants near by! Definitely will return!

My husband and I booked a little get away and this is just a slice of heaven. Shane is so helpful and easy to work with and the staff on site is amazing. There were lots of tips for us as first time visitors and little restaurant onsite was just enough.
The property has a very close to the main Supermarket (IGA) and an RBC so getting cash is easy (and recommended). It is a 5-7 minute drive to other eateries so a car is helpful! If you don’t mind a good each walk there are some good places 1.5-2 miles up the beach.
We look forward to going back one day!

Tranquility
Location, Location, Location. Exceptional property that was just the right speed and size for us. Staff was friendly and helpful and the views of the ocean and sunsets were just hypnotic. The restaurant "Somewhere" was great for a quick bite but just down the beach was a restaurant in the Wymara Resort that had the best BBQ ribs you will ever find outside of Texas. Can't wait to come back and we would recommend this property. See you soon.

This condo is exactly as listed. Just steps to the beach. We loved the big balcony w glass sliding wall. Spent many evening out listening to music and enjoying the view. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this condo as a home base to explore Turks & Caicos

We loved Coral Gardens and we loved Shane’s condo. He was so informative and the condo was clean, updated and a perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Great size apartment in excellent location directly on the beach
Apartment had two levels with bathrooms on both levels, a large shower in master bedroom, easy and short access to beach with someone setting up chairs (chairs are uncomfortable would recommend bringing a pad). Somewhere restaurant had great food served at the restaurant or to go for the beach. There is nowhere close to buy water bottles or alcohol so purchase that on the way in from the airport. I would stay here again the apartment was excellent. AC worked well. Lots of ceiling fans.
