Wonderful pool and patio area with a great barman. The best views over the caldera and Oia town. Great breakfast served to the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walk from hotel to Oia centre is partly along a road with no pavement with close passing cars, quads and buses. Bathroom is small and a bit basic. But the pool and the view trump any minor defects!

From the moment we arrived, Dimitrius made sure we felt welcomed. He gave us a run down of where the best sites were, what spots we should not miss, and how to get around our area. We were located a short walk from the heart of Oia and had incredible views. What can I say about the breakfasts? We were provided options to select from and woke to a delicious breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning. Dimitrius was right, you have to try their Greek yogurt. It was delicious.

There really wasn't anything not to like as far as Nikkos Hotel was concerned.

The customer service was probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we got out of the car, they were there waiting to welcome us and take our bags. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time be that we had all the information we needed. Their knowledge of the island and the activities on offer helped us get the best out of our few days in Santorini. The room was beautiful and overlooked the water where we were able to enjoy the sunset from our balcony. The pool area was also amazing and we loved hanging out there and overlooking the water and enjoying a drink. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone visiting Santorini

We liked everything! From the very friendly, efficient and helpful staff to the most amazing view, we had a fabulous stay. Having a bar with snacks available around the pool during the day, the delicious breakfast delivered daily to your room, the comfort and spaciousness of our apartment. What's not to love? Thank you so much. Highly recommend staying here.

The view and location are fantastic, the pool was the perfect size and the sea breeze made the stay pleasant. This is the hotel you want to return to!

Disturbing noises were heard from neighbors who are loud. Had nothing to do with the hotel but maybe the hotel needs to have some rules? No drunken parties with singing after midnight…

Beautiful views from our balcony of the caldera. Loved waking up to breakfast delivered to our room and enjoying it on the balcony. The location was excellent and right in the heart of Oia, which we found to be the best area in Santorini. I can't begin to explain how amazingly welcoming the staff were, made us feel so special each time we went to reception. They also gave us so much help when trying to figure out how to get around and what we might do etc. Thank you!

The price. I understand that seems to come with the location and is quite good compared to other places in that area, but it was quite high for us. The room itself was nice, although not worth that price, however, the location and view was mind blowing so I can understand the price based on that.

Everything was excellent. The location was fabulous, the view and setting were spectacular, the breakfast was enormous and delicious, the staff was outstanding, warm and friendly, extending themselves to be helpful in every way.

The location was perfect right outside of Oia and the views were amazing. Breakfast was served each morning on our balcony and it was delicious. We had an extensive menu to choose from each day. The hotel was super clean and the people were all extremely nice!

location was perfect, quieter part to take in all the views peacefully with only a short flat walk right into the centre. breakfast was beautiful every morning to our balcony where we could sit overlooking the breathtaking scenery.. staff were amazing & so so helpful & friendly.. highly recommend
