The unique location and the good taste in every detail.

I would just opt for a more comfortable convertible couch/bed. but there is absolutely nothing else to criticise or complain about.

The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Owners were very friendly and accommodating regarding arrival and departure times. The property is situated very close to two of the best beaches in the area. We will come again!

Amazing view over the sea on a setting sun. Great location between Stoupa and Kardamila near the best beaches , one just walking distance away . Very relaxing peaceful property right by the sea

We stayed in the mini-maisonette apartment and had a wonderful view of the sea from our patio. The property has a very nice setting and the apartment met our expectations. Food items were left for us making it convenient to have breakfast. Overall, a very nice place to stay with a beautiful view.

We would select a room with the bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom. Too many steps from the upper part of the apartment.

Katikies many is a paradise!!! The placement, the rooms, everithing is a must. Matias, the owner is marvellous and the area is incredible!!!!

NOTHING!!!

The place was in a wonderful area with a great view and peaceful environment. It was close to a wonderful beach, so we went there on foot. They cleaned the house every day (we spent 4 days in total). The bedsheets were of high quality. They had a bottle of wine in the room, and they offered us a small but beautiful goodbye present, which was handmade. The place was that nice, that I took amazing photos which I shared in my personal account on socials, and all my friends wanted to know about this beautiful place! If you want to relax I highly recommend it! We really enjoyed our stay there!

A kind of complaint is that the bed mattress could be a bit better (my taste, my friend loved it).

Host very friendly and helpful 😊. Incredible panoramic location with direct access to the seaside (rocks, not for all). By car Very close to beaches (organized with facilities and not). Apartments made in a nice colonial style with all necessary amenities. Excellent parking place.

Toilette very clean but small and with bit smell of mould. Location excellent with a gorgeous view but close to the main road (during the night sometime you can ear the noise of transiting vehicles).

There is no shade on the terrace in the afternoon and evening.

Incredible view, just above two bays. Short path down on the rocks where you can take a morning swim in the bay. Very remote and quite. App very nicely and tasteful furnished. Enough space in the room. Big terrace with the great view. Very friendly and uncomplicated owner. Nespresso machine, some breakfast supplies and enough equipment to make own breakfast. Close to Kardamyli or Stoupas. We loved it!

Nothing to complain about

The most magnificent location near Kardamyli! Truly exceeded my expectations - situated between 2 exceptional public beaches with an added bonus of a private beach just a short walk from the property. No sand or pebbles - you have to jump in from the rocks but totally worth it!

There is nothing to dislike here - tranquil setting with spectacular views and within easy reach of Kardamyli & Agios Nikolaos. Excellent welcome by the host who gave us very useful tips regarding restaurants & beaches
