Location was great and no road noise.
With the renovations there is less sound absorption from the rooms above. Take an upper room if you need it a bit quieter.

We were looking for quiet place to rest and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend

Don't let the first impression fool you! Travelled with our whole family, including 2 big teenagers. Booked 2 rooms. Hotel kindly upgraded our rooms, which was unexpected. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. It is an older hotel but obviously the current owners care about it and the rooms are in good condition. Our stay was quiet. There is a balcony on our room. Internet is exceptional, each room has it's own Wifi! The building seems to actually be made of logs, which makes it seem strudy and our stay was very quiet.

The staff, Michael was very friendly and kind. The room though older style was fantastic. The bed was good also. We enjoyed out one night stay and would a future preference for our net stay. Nice hotel.

.Perfect location for a quiet overnight stay. Free parking on site. Host arrived promptly to give us the key as we arrived late evening. Room, bathroom, bedding very clean. Nice soap. Appreciated the ceiling fan and a/c.
There was a slight cat odour in the room which was unfortunate as we didn't open the windows due to wildfire smoke. A/c and ceiling fan helped a bit.

Pretty good all around. Clean. Comfortable. Good sized bathroom for a motel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Good value for money. Even though on a pretty busy road traffic noise was very, very minimal.
My only complaint isn't really anything to do with the facility or staff but whoever was staying above us had some very big, heavy boots that he wore as he stomped around his room and up and down the stairs at 6am! After he left all was good!

Friendly welcome, large room.
Poor design with access to other rooms passed main window and also other guests smoking right outside of the window. Site very untidy overgrown with weeds in many places. No hairdryer and fan in room not working.

Good value for the price. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really nice.
They charge extra for late check-out and require you to wash your own cups which wasn't ideal but would still stay again.

The motel was perfectly situated for the conference I was attending in Merritt. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and quickly settled any problems.
The room was missing a few essentials such as a toaster and the outside of the motel was looking rundown.

They switched me room twice because of dirty room, and noise complaint.

Beds were comfy. Room was a decent size. The lady waited up for us as we weren't going to be arriving until midnight.
The coffee pot had a used filter in it.
