Everything was as described. Great location. To get around to all the Kohala beaches. So nice having all the gear to use and bikes too.

Lovely home that supplied the needs of our group. The need to have an ADA compliant walk in shower was a major factor for my sister in law and this house provided it very well. 3 Ladies traveling together and each of us had a suite for a bedroom. Loved the open concept and the Lanai was enjoyed daily.

Excellent location by best beaches on the island! Suggest taking the short hike from Hapuna Beach to Mauna Kea Beach as finding parking at Mauna Kea is unlikely. Great golf courses nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was our first time renting a home and not staying at a resort or hotel. Life changing. It was incredibly relaxing. It was also a wonderful addition to have the gem car, bicycles, and beach accessories available to use. Without a doubt this was a dream vacation we will remember.

This property has a great layout for privacy. Super comfortable and wonderful location in proximity to stores/restaurants. Property manager was responsive to any needs and requests we had and followed up with us to assure everything was to our liking.

This home is beautiful and very quiet. The neighborhood is the same. We went to different areas of the island each day and wanted to stay on the west side so this was also a good location. Conveniently located near a grocery store and shopping area where we found a wonderful vegetarian restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hale Kanani could not have been better. The house was immaculate, luxurious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and lush. We spent countless hours sitting on the lanai admiring the landscaping. Our property manager was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Our flight out wasn't until 10:00pm and she let us stay late so our small children would have plenty of time to nap and play. The house had everything we needed for our daily beach trips: two coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, toys, and even a golf cart! It was so easy to load up in the morning and head to the beach for a few hours. We will definitely be back - this was the best house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kanani. Very spacious and comfortable. We love to cook and made good use of the kitchen and BBQ. The Gem was fun to ride in and easy to use to get around. Be sure to take advantage of access to the owners beach - snorkel in the morning and then a relaxing lunch at Napua. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This property was perfect in every way for our family or 6 (4 adults and 2 children). 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. Gorgeous master suite. All amenities and appliances that one could want. Fully stocked kitchen. Great location, close to shopping, beaches, restaurants. Highly recommended. We will definitely return here on our next trip to big island.

We spent every day of our wonderful stay in this home remarking how spacious and beautifully decorated it is. Great location, easy access to local shops and grocery. Quick drive to Waikaloa. The beach club is a short drive and is just lovely, not over-crowded. Spectacular kitchen, amazing en-suite washroom and walk-in closet in all 3 bedrooms. Comfortable furnished Lanai patio. Plenty of towels, laundry supplies, and very clean. Detailed instructions provided by the property manager made for an easy and enjoyable stay. Would love to return someday!

I would’ve given it 5 stars if they spent $1000 on 2 flat screen HD TV’s! Everything else was beautiful and perfect for six people!

The home is spacious and beautifully decorated! There is every comfort and a well appointed HUGE kitchen! The master suite is incredible. Having a pool so close to the unit, and a golf cart to drive to nearby resorts and beaches is fantastic! There were plenty of water toys provided as well. The air conditioning keeps the place nice and cool, and the huge sliding doors let's you open the house up to the lanai. The house was sparkiling clean, with plenty of towels etc. I'd definitely rent this home again. And everyone with Elite was super attentive.

The house is so beautiful! It's quiet, relaxing, luxurious... The beds were very comfortable and my husband loved the outdoor shower that is right outside the master bathroom. The property is well kept and very clean. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well as anything you could need as far as dishes and pots and pans go. The outdoor kitchen was also a big hit with my husband as he loves to grill all year round! We were close to the pool, close to the beach, close to the shopping center. It's a great location. Downtown Kona is about 45 minutes away, but with all of the amenities in the shopping center within the community, you really don't need much from town. We ate at Tommy Bahamas that is part of the shopping center and the food was delicious. They had live music during the dinner service and I couldn't have asked for a better second to last day on the island :) I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an island getaway but not be in the middle of the touristy hotels and/or resorts.

This home is lovely: well-appointed, spacious, private, and so relaxing. The property manager was very prompt in replying to questions via email and was flexible in accommodating early check-in/late check-out requests. Our 9 year old children loved eating breakfast on the lanai and then playing outside on the grass. And all the beach chairs/toys/goggles were such a convenience. We would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful home!

3 bdr 3 1/2 bath home was comfortable to five adults. The GEM cart really made our trip as one person in house attended a conference at the nearby Fairmont. The swimming pool and workout facility is a 3 minute walk. Thank you.

When we arrived we spoke with the property manager from Elite and had a question about use of the property gate, she said she would find out the answer and get back to us. That didn't happen, she never called or text us back, we did meet a very nice couple that live in the Villages that did help us out and showed us how to get the card to work each time. The only other issue we had was the master bed, it's so high up that you feel as though you are back in high school track and are high jumping to get into it. That truly needs to either be lowered or steps put on each side od the bed. There were no other issues, the home was lovely and we'll appointed.

Great house! Conveniently located in the center of everything. Walking distance to The Shops. Gym/pool center right out the back door. Everything brand new in the house and very private/quiet.

Our stay at your rental property was fantastic and the home is lovely. We tried to find constructive comments to help you improve stays by future visitors - it was tough to find anything wrong with the property! That said, here are the ONLY two suggestions we had: New knives would be helpful since the ones in the drawer are a bit dull. Please keep the basket of guide books on the countertop so that it's visible to future visitors. (Presently, the basket is hidden under a side table in the TV room.) Aside from those minute recommendations, we have nothing negative to say about our stay and we would definitely stay at the property again. Thank you again!

Loved this property. My husband and I have been to the islands many times, but decided to get away from hotels and stay in a home this time. Best decision ever! This home was a gem. We were met by the property manager, who showed us everything we needed to know and was available anytime we had questions. The bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch too! The area is so peaceful, the house is beautifully decorated, comfy bed, awesome shower, and the kitchen is to die for. The house has a private backyard area, close to the pool and gym and is located in the heart of all that is going on in Mauna Lani. We walked to most everything we wanted to do there. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are planning our return and can't wait to come back!
