The villa was well equipped and comfortable. It is quiet and in a gated development which means no through traffic. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it - we swam every day and for a couple in our sixties who feel the cold that was quite something! The beds were very comfortable. We had a car but one could easily manage without - excellent supermarket and restaurants ten minutes walk away and the number 30 circular bus which goes all the way around town and out to Marina Rubicon stops right outside - 1€40 per journey. The management team were very responsive and gave lots of information. We highly recommend this villa.

It was sparkling clean, very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor dining area was lovely (and sheltered from the wind). The pool area was spacious and the private pool was bigger than we expected. We were also only 100m from the larger communal pool. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels provided which was great. The strip of restaurants on Calle Irlanda was a 10 min walk and some good food there. The convenience store in the next development was very handy for daily basics. The care package from Bettina on the first day was a nice touch and the communication from the staff was perfect.

The wind when we were there! The apartment was fab. It was a little far from the town (long walk or short drive), but only 1km from the end of the promenade.

The villa was beautiful with lots of outdoor space and a great pool. We paid extra to have it heated in February. Monica and Bettina were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The villa is close to the beach and a volcano, great for walking/running.
