What a fantastic property. the accommodations were perfect for our family and friends gathering for baby shower for our 6th g'kid coming in May. Bennet was awesome the responsiveness was second to non and we had a blast...Now the weather could have been better but the outdoor grill are accommodated the food even in inclement weather. We had a number of different family members gathering for a family reunion type of event. This property was located near to the places we visited and a reasonable distance from LAX. (Universal studios and shopping centers) Its large gated driveway accommodated all our various rental cars. The place was well equipped with more than enough amenities. It was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for our visit. The instructions binder made it easy to get up to speed on the place as well as Bennett (our personal property manager) did a great job showing us around and getting us familiar with making things comfortable like climate controls, lights, and pool/hot tub settings. We ran into a couple of issues and had a couple questions during our stay but Bennett answered promptly and took care of everything we needed. Very respectful of our needs and privacy!1 We had a great experience staying at this property for a week. The only thing that could have been better was the weather so we could have leveraged the awesome pool and hot tub are a little more. Such a great space for relaxing! As well, if the excitement of the larger group gets to be too much, there are plenty of little spots on this spacious property to retreat to. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

The NoHo Compound was the perfect location/venue for our 25 guest wedding. We had several family members coming in from out of town, and the number of rooms on the property made it perfect to accommodate. Bennett, the property was very thorough in his tour of the property. It was equipped with everything we could have asked for. The homes were well kept and in impeccable shape. I highly recommend booking! I also recommend purchasing insurance for those unpredictable guests…

Endless amount of space, clean and well maintained property! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were excellent with communication! Great location and easy to find. Secure property which made our large group at home! We cannot wait to stay here again on our next visit to LA!

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the property is huge and has all the amenities you could think of. Way better than a hotel, which is usually my preference over home rentals. We would absolutely stay there again.

Among the best rental experiences we've ever had!! There are some rental properties that fail to live up to their listings, and then on the opposite end of the spectrum, there's @nohocompound. The wonderful owner, property manager, and host team were friendly, incredibly responsive, and professional. We were personally greeted for a check-in tour and orientation. We were wowed by the many thoughtful touches and spa-like atmosphere. It felt like we'd stepped into a design magazine! Home interiors were clean and nicely staged. The pool and hot tub were excellent (with iPad-controlled heating and lighting)! Kitchens have plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, coffee machines, and more. Comfy beds, plentiful bathrooms, well-organized and labeled supplies, a closet full of games, great Wi-Fi and TVs, conveniently located neighborhood, outdoor fire pits, and so much more to enjoy! The few minor issues and questions we had were always answered and addressed promptly. I can't say enough about how attentive and helpful the owner and host team were! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

My group and I had an amazing friends trip at this home. Upon arrival we were greeted by a property manager who showed us everything we needed to know to fully enjoy the property. We had a couple with a young child so the detached casita was perfect them. The pool and hotub were amazing, there were plenty of towels and the fridge even came stocked with some goodies. It was the perfect friendstrip!

Very nice place! The house was cleaned well, the location is nice and safe, the host was respectful and responsible, and my dogs loved the place!

We were greeted by Bennett, the very responsive & very handsome house manager. He showed us around the property & after he left, was available to answer any other questions. The main house & other cottages were very well kept & ready for our guests. The property is very private & lots of space to spread out. It’s near shopping & most attractions in LA. Highly recommend.

The property completely lives up to the photos and description you see, and is perfect for a good size group looking to spend some quality time together. We had a wonderful stay at this Private Resort/Gated Compound. 18 family members traveled with us on our beautiful, short vacay and every one of our family members loved this phenomenal resort. The online pictures are very accurate and truly capture all or the fine details and exquisite beauty of the home. Moreover, the true splendor of this superb property can also only be witnessed in person. The one-on-one communication was a stellar, well-choreographed collaboration initially between the owner Crystal up until meeting and speaking with the site host/manager, Bennett. All our needs were met and exceeded. The house provided all our family with wonderful accommodations and a better than well night’s sleep. The enormous pool and lovely hot tub were delightfully well heated and was an immediate highlight and enjoyed by all. The outside bar, billiards, corn hole and large fire pit gathering/sitting areas were amazing. I highly recommend this rental, as you will not be disappointed. My family and I have rented a lot of homes for our staycations and this is by far the best one yet! The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had family visiting from New York and wanted a home big enough for everyone to come over to visit with them. This property has plenty of space to spread out and plenty of gated parking for guest. Nice, quit, and safe neighborhood. The thoughtful host had everything we could possibly need to make us feel at home. Plenty of toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, snacks, drinks and they even bought a new pack and play because I mentioned our grand baby would be there. We didn’t want to leave! Everyone had such an amazing time here. We’re still talking about it two weeks later and can’t wait to book our next trip. I would also like to give a shout out to Bennett. He was so awesome and gracious. He was available for us 24/7 for all of our needs and questions. He met us at the property and throughly walked us through all the functions of each home on the property. I had plenty of questions and he took his time with explaining everything until I felt comfortable. Even after we were gone, I texted him regarding the bed linens. I just had to order some for my home because they are heavenly!!! He didn’t hesitate about giving me the information. Kudos to him! Thank you Bennett! You Rock!!! If you are looking at this property to rent, DO IT! Treat your family to this fabulous rental. You will not regret it.

I stayed here with a group of family members and it was probably the most well-stocked rental we've ever stayed in. Tons of games, extra pool towels, blankets everywhere, spices, kitchen gadgets. We were SO impressed at the in-person greeting and tour of the house, with personalized welcome messages and lit candles everywhere. The house (well, 2 houses) felt welcoming and luxurious. It's beautifully designed with special touches everywhere, including outdoor lighting around the pool. The beds were very comfortable. There was an extensive welcome book at the home but the hosts /caretaker were very responsive when we had additional questions. The location was convenient to the highway and shops but also felt very secluded. Would love to have the chance to stay again!

We rented for a work retreat. We found 7 couches perfect for sleeping. Pictures only showed 3, so 4 of us were happy we didn’t need sleeping bags. Plenty of blankets/pillows in closets of main house. I would not recommend 3 adults in trailer since two beds are too small. We had 18 people sleeping overnight and 5 people commuting each day and it always felt spacious. The house was very clean and well appointed. Two large rooms for gathering, one in each house. Projector with internet connection and large screen was great for our presentations. Kitchen was well stocked. We needed to bring our own large pot for pasta for 23 as all their pots were too small. Great Nespresso machine but loved the two drip coffee machines with simple on/off buttons that didn’t require reading a manual. Knives were dull, but provided knife sharpener got us one sharp. Barbecue was simple to use and plumbed to natural gas. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! Provided bug spray was needed! Property backs a freeway, but we only noticed in the back garden. Morning of check-in they send group text with 3 house managers for any issues or problems 24/7. The air conditioning in the back house wasn’t working, a few hours into our stay. Once informed, they were immediately on-site with a technician to fix the air conditioner, which needed a replacement part for the compressor. We had air-conditioning back up and running within 2 hours of my text. I was truly impressed with their speed and responsiveness!

What you see online is what you get. We had a great time with friends and family. Would definitely stay again. Shout out to Bennett he was great to work with.

This property was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I celebrated my 38th Birthday with 11 of my friends and this was the best property. First the property managers are truly there to make your experience extraordinary. Bennet met us at our time of arrival and gave us a step by step tour of the grounds and made sure we had everything we needed. There were so many little touches of convenience and love that it is included in your stay. (I won’t spoil it) but they truly made me smile. We were in the lap of luxury. The entire property is spacious, clean, and safe. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for pictures. You won’t be disappointed in your stay! Book today!

This was a great property and was perfect for a bunch of middle aged dads to have a weekend getaway. Pool, BBQ, projection TV, and beds enough for single sleepers.

I have rented a few properties in the last few years but this is by far the best property. The house is worth every penny and the host is amazing. We had everything we needed and more, and they were very fast with providing answers to questions. This is a real review and this is the best experience I’ve had with online listings. We honestly cannot say enough great things about this property and its hosts. Once we drove through the gates, we were greeted by a host that seemed like our favorite nephew, energetic, friendly, inviting, professional. The whole place was prepared for us like we were "royalty" - cleanliness, organization, coziness, bougieness, lighting and ambiance were on point for sure! He provided a full tour and explained where things were and how to use the pool, spa, lights, tvs, wifi etc. The hosts were all highly responsive and treated us like special family guests the whole time we were there! The home had more than every amenity we could have asked for. The home itself was incredible! We have a blended family of 16 that spans from a 62 year old adult to a 2 year old child. All six couples had their own comfortable sleeping space and the five kids had great sleeping/chill/play space. We used the two homes and the studio addition - all air-conditioned - for sleeping and living. All beds and bedding were very cozy. Most bedrooms had bathrooms en suite. The large pool and entertainment area between the two houses was our primary hangout. With the pool and its baja shelves & spa, pool table, sitting areas, large fire pit, grilling area, and bag toss - why wouldn't it be?! Both homes had bi-fold doors, seamlessly opening the outdoor and indoor living spaces so they were open from coffee time to wine time;). Parents and grandparents felt it was an entirely safe space! First of all, Crystal is a caring and generous host. The house is very well set up for a large group. We were supposed to be 12 people, but covid prevented 4 people from coming. We were very comfortable in the main house's living areas, and the second house's separation from the main house was a good setup for one family with kids. We would happily recommend this house to others.

I don’t know where to begin. I’m not new to staying at VRBO rentals but this home and our host Crystal were phenomenal. The home’s design was well done and had every amenity you can dream of. The pool is huge and the hot tub was amazing. The property has 3 stand alone buildings that surround the pool. It was perfect for my friends and family. The pictures do not do it justice. The host Crystal, was very accommodating checking in to ensure that my guests and I had everything we needed. There were personalized messages left for us, goodies stocked in each of the refrigerators, and a very nice welcome basket. This high end rental was worth it and if I have the opportunity I would book again.
