Property was very nice, excellent location being convenient to airport and George Town. Clean, comfortable beds with water toys and games provided. Ayana the concierge was a tremendous help checking in, obtaining rental vehicles and making reservation with boating/tour companies.

Although our family really enjoyed this house, a few minor upgrades are needed. The cleanliness could’ve been better when we arrived especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bath towels need to be replaced as they were thin and stained. The pool and beach towels were great. The outdoor screens are wonderful in theory but did not work properly. The right half of fridge would not cool. The location is good unless you want more sandy beach. We did use a kayak and swim in the water right in front of the house. Overall the size of the house was perfect and views were beautiful.

The home was even more beautiful in person. Very clean. beach was nice. Location was great. Only reason for 4 stars is the power outages that occurred. Wish we had known that was a thing before arrival. Fans could be provided, it would get hot quick. and maybe even some flashlights as some occurred at night.

We had the best time at Seas the Day! The home was immaculate and the view was incredible. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view of the turquoise ocean waters just steps away! We had a wonderful stay here for my 40th birthday! The only true area for improvement is the referred chef for the house. We didnt find the quality and overall experience to be satisfactory and in line with the rest of the property/stay.

The house was a perfect size for 5 adult couples. Living areas (indoor and outdoor), bedrooms and kitchen were perfect sizes for cooking, eating and relaxing. We used the chef a couple nights which worked perfectly for all of us.

House was nice, location was nice but would have liked to been warned about the sand flies! I know that every place has bugs but these things are brutal!! Apparently off will help but they don’t like baby oil! I think we got most of the bites in town. Just wanted other people to be aware before they go.

We had a fantastic time at Seas The Day. The house was perfect for our two families with with 5 children. The views are wonderful, and the location on Exuma is perfect with easy access to Georgetown and the whole island. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Property was great. House is amazing and beach is perfect. Also great communication with Host and Concierge. Only small thing we had an issue with was there was no blender which to us was key when at a location that calls for frozen drinks.

Seas the Day is a beautiful home....paradise! Very clean and comfortable, great beach access. The only issue was the pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. The property manager did get it fixed but by the time the pool was warm and comfortable, it was time for us to leave. we did get in the pool on the last day but it was still a little chilly. Other than that, a great experience.

We could not have asked for a better place for several couples to enjoy the beautiful island. Great location, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with all the things. The house is even better in person. I cannot say enough about working with Island Concierge to book all of the extras for the house. Cannot wait to go back and stay.

The house does not disappoint! It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for 10 adults. The outdoor area has a spectacular view and a very large screened in outdoor seating area where we spent most evenings. The pool is large and heated to the perfect temperature. The house has a great layout and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We had 10 adults and everyone had a hot shower every day. Ayana was very helpful and always responded promptly to our questions. She also met us at the airport and gave us a tour of the house. The house was stocked with the groceries we requested when upon arrival. This was our first time back to Exuma in 30 years and it is still the beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect escape from all the stressors of everyday life.

Property is spacious, beautiful, professionally decorated, and centrally located on the island. The appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc) are high end and the water filter was especially nice which saved us from having to buy filtered water.. The stove is tricky and took some time getting used to. The retractable screens were great to use when mosquitoes came out late afternoon. Views from the back of the house are breath taking and every room on the back has a view. Our party of 4 families had a great time exploring the beach area, kayaking, swimming, playing corn hole, riding jet skis, getting massages, etc.

Absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities that we needed. It is right on the beach which is great. There is not a lot of beach for walking on as the tide comes all the way up to the rocks. The pool is great but be sure to ask for it to be heated. My only suggestion is that the television should be in the room with the big comfy couch. We were warned about the mosquitos and brought bug spray with us. We were shown how to enclose the outdoor sitting area with screens but I somehow seem to have still been eaten alive. I have now been home for 2 days and am still itching like crazy. The plugs in the room we stayed in did not work so we could not turn on the lamps or charge our phones. I asked once to have it looked at but she never came to check it out. It wasn't a big deal, we just charged in the bathroom. As far as Exuma itself, it is pretty. You can book your own excursions which will not cost you an arm and a leg. The grocery stores are not well stocked and we had a tough time finding produce. When eating at restaurants, check ahead if they will be open. Most were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday night we had a wonderful meal at Peace & Plenty but were surprised when we had a 15% hotel fee for dinner, a VAT, and then of course tip. Dinner for 4 with 1 beer and 2 cocktails was $380 after all the fees were added in.

The property is beautiful, clean, good size and great location. The beach in front of the house is spectacular. We would have liked a bit more flexibility from the concierge and owner. The house is for 16 guests but the dining table only seats 10 comfortably and we would have liked to have dinners all together. Also, one umbrella per house wasn't enough for our large group, and the check-in and check-out times were extremely strict. There could be a little bit of improvement in the hospitality around the island, but besides that we had an amazing vacation and enjoyed our stay very much.

Mosquitos were so bad outside and on the patio you couldn’t sit outside at night. Otherwise it is a beautiful home and very comfortable for our family. The home was very accommodating.

The house and location are beautiful! The house is very spacious and comfortable! The concierge Ayana was great and helped us with all of our needs and questions! She met us at the airport with the rental car rep! We loved the house so much we are going again next year and can’t wait! Quiet serene and absolutely beautiful!

As a veteran traveler to Exuma, I'd have to say this location (Hooper's Bay to Jolly Hall) can't be beat and I love that the unit was tucked in a bit from the main road. Both the interior and exterior pool areas were immaculate but the game changers were the heated pool and motorized screens! This gave us an everlasting view and an opportunity to enjoy dinner, etc. on the patio daily. Also, Ayana (our concierge) was very helpful both prior to arrival upon landing on the island! We also found the stove/oven "VERY" easy to use per Ayana's 10 second tutorial, so please just prepare to relax and enjoy island time.

Eight friends very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home a few miles north of Georgetown.. The beach and water were close by and beautiful and the home was spacious, clean and well furnished. Easy access to marinas and we enjoyed boating to Staniel Cay and other great Exuma locations.

Property was spacious and perfectly located near airport, restaurants and Georgetown. Check in and check out process needed to be more welcoming, hospitable and professional. Would recommend checking appliances to make sure the are safe to use and are in working condition. Property manager also needs to check that the basic necessities are restocked at the villa between guest stays. Bath and beach towels were stained and very old. The biggest disappointment was there were no speakers indoors or outdoors to enjoy music!

Awesome property, great location.

Our group of 3 families loved this property. It was new, spacious and clean. Conveniently located close to Georgetown. Great beach for kids with sandy calm water. Kayaks were provided which was a nice bonus. Ayana was very helpful and responsive. Owner was generous in helping to accommodating our needs for a later peace time on a rainy day since we had a 6pm flight. I only have one suggestion that is very minor. A house this large that is meant for families/groups would be nice to have more than 1 tv so the children could be in their own space. We can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful home in an unbelievable setting.

We loved this property. We had two of the houses right next to each other for a large group. Worked out fantastic. The houses are very nice and new. Ayana helped with every single portion of the trip. Was super helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond for us!! Will definitely rent again.

In our recent stay at this magnificent property, there were multiple questions to be answered, and the property manager as well as the owner made themselves available to us repeatedly to help ensure our group had what we needed. The house was out of this world gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and spacious to accommodate 9 adults. Retractible screens on an outdoor porch proved immeasurably valuable as the bugs were terrible without much wind. We required a tutorial on using the stove/oven due to a complex brand that even the chef hired couldn't determine. The concierge groceries delivered ahead of time was wonderful. The washer and dryer on site were really convenient. The pool, although not heated for most of our first two days there, was eventually an amazing addition to our experience staying at this property once it was warm enough to enjoy!! I would highly recommend this property and owner, who went above and beyond to make himself available and address our every need. We can't wait to go back.

Our group of eight spent a fabulous week at Seas the Day in December. The house was exactly as expected (lovely) and it was easy to feel at home. We were pleased with the high quality of the washer/dryer, refrigerator, Dyson stick vacuum and appliances. We loved and appreciated the awesome water filter (which we think you should add to the listing for planning purposes). The house, pool area and beach are were very clean and well kept. The furniture, both inside and out, was clean and very cozy. The location was perfect for our week. We ventured both north and south and felt it to be perfectly situated. We loved the kayaks too! We enjoyed having the retractable screens for evenings on the porch to keep out mosquitoes. While this house is in a group of three houses and you do have neighbors, we found it to be plenty private and nicely landscaped between houses. The concierge, Ayana, was very helpful before and during our trip. She connected us with a chef, helped us arrange rental cars and excursions and grocery delivery before we arrived. She met us at the airport and made sure we were set with our rental cars and guided us to the house. We had an issue with the smoke alarms while we were there and one of the owners called us and helped us resolve the issue. The communication with the owners both on VRBO and during the stay was timely and helpful. The only minor suggestions we have to offer are that it would be helpful to have a mat of some sort at the outside doors in the porch area (we had a couple of children fall on slippery tile there) and an information book with nearby grocery store, restaurants, etc. and any instructions for closing/leaving the house (Ayana indicated that there really aren't any, but we did all of the things that we thought might be desired). We are already planning our next trip to Exuma and can't imagine liking any properties more than this one! We will certainly return! Thanks for a great week!

Loved every second of our stay here. The home is well equipped, location is excellent and Ayana our concierge went above and beyond to ensure our trip was flawless. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Thoughtful touches made it feel like home, and the outdoor area is tremendous. This is THE ONE, book before someone else does. We cant wait to come back!

Beautiful home. Loved the view and exactly as pictured. Some minor issues such as spotty Wi-Fi and the microwave wasn’t connected. Lots of gathering spots indoors and out. Would book again.
