Bel appartement comfortable avec vue superbe

Le management de cette propriete BnB Copilote donne un mauvais service. Ils ont pris $200 de depot de securite juste avant de nous donner le code de securite, ce qui n'est pas un probleme en soit (sauf si vous avez ppas acces a internet) mais 3 semaines de couriel et d'appel pour enfin avoir le rembousement, et aucunes excuses ou explication comme si c'etait tout a fait normal! Nous etions 2 couples et il y avait que 3 verres a vins dans un apart a plus de $500/nuit, J'ai contacter l'hote BnB copilote pour les aviser et apres 4 appels on m'a indique d'aller au 3e etage dans une salle de service pour recupere un verre mais il n'y avait que du papier cul et autre produit menager! J'ai laisser tomber! Un apart super avec un service qui laisse un mauvais souvenir! Si ce n'etait du service, la note serait de 9/10, la piscine et minuscule mais tout de meme rafraichissante!

the views were stunning overlooking the town, valley and by. beds were among the most comfortable we have slept in (we asked after the brand for future reference) and the apartment is well designed and appointed.

the ;location is just a boit out of town (but that's why you have the view) and the parkinng lot is a bit of a mess (but fine in the summer at least).

We like the view and the property facilities (2 full bathrooms, a kitchen & mezzanine)

Nothing. We had a small issue with one of the bathroom which was fixed promptly by maintenance staff.

Vast appartment with amazing view on the bay and the Saint-Laurent. Really well equipped and nicely decorated. Huge beds. Welcoming notes.

Need to take the car to go in town.

5 minute drive from town. Beautiful view.

There was only an espresso machine. (Would have liked a drip coffee maker). Need bigger ice cube trays. Also tub should have a mat because very slippery. Other than that no suggestions.

It is spacious and comfortable and super clean. Kitchen was well stocked and arrival instructions super efficient. The view is spectacular and nice touch having a telescope.

The bed sheets were not great. All flat sheets on bed and comforter so that it did not stay on. I would expect a higher quality bedding for as beautiful a place as this. Also the TV was impossible to figure out how to play Apple TV or how to play music. Instructions or an easier set up would be helpful.

The apartment is amazing, very spacious with a million dollar view of the bay. It has everything you need, very nicely decorated and clean. Not far from the ski slopes (shot car ride) and super close to Bais Saint Paul where the stores and the restaurants are.

excellent location to take advantage of wintry activities from the Charlesvoix region: so close to Baie St Paul and Le Massif / Sentier de Charlesvoix. great views in the morning. for those that want to cook during their stay this unit’s kitchen is well equipped with dish ware , cook ware and cooking utensils though you are using the family-owners well used stuff! if you like easy access then this unit’s ground floor location is ideal: no stairs to / from vehicle. yes that is a strong plus when compared to upped units where you use stairs and walk along walkway-balcony. lots of electric vehicle charging stations…of course there are as it is in QC!!!

thermostat tech caused some issues to keep temperature set to lower comfortable setting main issue: the tenants / guests above this unit created a lot of noise: moving chairs, walking in footwear…sounded like herd of elephants!

It was an exceptionally well appointed property. Very comfortable with everything we needed.
