We really enjoyed this property. Great proximity to the beach. Very simple layout to the house, which is super convenient. Very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the ice cream maker. The back porch was our favorite spot.

Be ready to basically live on the amazing back deck! So comfortable and welcoming! And I have stayed in many rentals and have never had such a well stocked and functional kitchen…we were so impressed! Already tried to rebook for later this year, but it isn’t available. Grab it while you can, she’s a great home away from home! We will definitely be back and recommend!

This was a perfect stay. The space has everything we needed and more, and the host made check in and check out simple. The view is exquisite, and the porch furniture is comfortable and sturdy. We loved having a private shower area coming off the beach. We would definitely choose this space again. Thank you for a great space for our retirement retreat!

Stay was ok only had 1 1/2 days sunshine. So not much beach time. But nothing we could do about that. TV was bit difficult to manage as not all rooms had similar programming. Great beach access and views. Killed few bugs in the house. Suggest possible toilet upgrades, to more modern. Hard to maneuver for elderly folks.

Would definitely come back here. Sleepy island with a few restaurants. We didn’t have great weather but would love to come back. House was well appointed with everything you need except beach chairs. View was awesome. Loved sitting on the porch watching the sunrise!

We fell in love the moment we stepped in! It was a perfect set-up. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had more appliances than I've seen in one place. Although I didn't use a one (except the toaster) because we went out to eat every single night at one of the local restaurants! This is our 4th year staying on the Island and our best yet. Heather is a fabulous host. We'll be there again next year, thanks to Heather and we can hardly wait!!! Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying in this slice of heaven.

B Happy was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our destination Christmas. The accommodations were more than great. We had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 20 month old. The view was spectacular! Our grandson loved his first time playing in the sand. I can’t say enough good things about B Happy! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen, awesome porch on the ocean side, lots and lots of extras for us to enjoy.

Excellent property!! Great views!! Loved watching the dolphins play from the deck!! The dog gate on the deck was great also. There were things there I didn’t know I needed. Great foresight!!

Everything was.in great order. Property right on beautiful beach. Anything you could possibly need was provided. Beds were very comfortable. The covered deck was especially nice since we hit a bit of overcast and rainy weather. So nice to sit outside on deck. Would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at B-happy! It was well equipped and the perfect location for a relaxing week with family. The little touches like the kiddy pool for getting the sand off, the outdoor shower, as well as the toy bin were great. The seating was inside and out was comfortable and we loved the covered porch!

Everything was awesome!! Could not have been more pleased with BHappy! The extras that we found in the house…….playpen, doggie gate, high chair, extra blankets, game closet, beach toys and even toddler drinking bottles to name a few….were great! Lots of racks to hang wet swimsuits and towels etc in bedrooms and bathrooms was so convenient. The deck was wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset and the deck furniture was very nice and clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and only a few steps to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

BHappy is a wonderful home located right on the beach. It is very comfortable, and has been well maintained. BHappy is close to restaurants and shopping. Heather, the property manager was great to work with!

Nice improvements
We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks in this wonderful home! The new owners have made some nice improvements and we enjoyed all freshly painted interior to name one. The location right on the beach is great for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night while listening to the surf. Our dog also loved the deck! We love St George Island and can’t wait to go back next year.

Our stay was great, there were several things that need attention; they were left on the kitchen island. Major attention is faucet on kitchen sink needs tightening No trash cans in bedrooms, and throw rug in master bedroom needs cleaning. Overall my stay was great. Thanks

Perfect house right on the beach!!
Excellent home right on the beach; perfect location. Rental was easy. We had 8 people and it was extremely comfortable for all and plenty of room! Would recommend to anyone wanting a wonderful beach experience!!
