We really loved the house It was very practical easy to keep clean the crib was also excellent to have Te only little thing the twin beds were pretty hard just small note The shed incredible full of great things for the beach and the yard awesome

My closest friends from college and I decided to have a summer trip since we hadn’t spent any time together since we graduated 3 years ago due to the pandemic. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this house was. The neighborhood is very quiet, not overflowing with tourists (though we did go early in the season), and very quaint. The house is amazingly spacious, bright, clean, up to date, and you can literally see the beach from the driveway. Val and Jack are fantastic hosts and think of everything you might need. The check in/out process was extremely smooth. Jack even recommended two excellent spots for dinner that the group loved. We rented the house thinking this would be a one time only trip, but we all had such a good time that we’re already talking about coming next year. Seriously do yourself a favor and rent this house! It was exactly what we needed.

Grandma, 6 adults and 2 infants, it was the perfect stay! Our favorites were the walkable breakfast + ice cream spots, and many walkable beaches. Loved the spacious outdoor shower! It was a great location, and fantastic host. Jack was incredibly helpful and responsive, both leading up to the stay and during the stay - though we didn't need to be in contact too much, as the house is perfectly well equipped and set up! Would recommend as a wonderful place for families!

This property was amazing. We went away with our extended family. Plenty of space for everyone. House has way more space on the inside than it looks on the outside. Fenced in yard. Short walk to beach. House has everything you’d need and more. Jack was wonderful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped with everything we needed and was nice and clean. Great location for walking to the beach or riding bikes. Would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to stay next summer.

Clean, well furnished with cookware, books, beach chairs/towels and beach toys. Kitchen is open to dining area so great for family gathering for meals. Short walking distance to small though sufficient beach. Ice cream within walking distance. Quiet, felt very safe.

Had a fantastic stay with a group of friends at this cozy cottage. We used the fireplace on chillier nights, played games, and grilled. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to the Ocean House - highly recommend and suggest reservations. Short drive to Woolfie's for breakfast, and Wee Packet for another breakfast. Cleaning staff arrived promptly at 9am for checkout, and thankfully, they found a set of AirPods before we left the driveway!

We had a great time in Dennisport. The house is absolutley perfect, tons of space, very clean and everything we could have wished for. Very close to the beach and lots of great places to eat and drink. The hosts were excellent and the check in process was quick and easy. I will 100% bes back to stay here again

An absolutely beautiful house and property. It is perfect for a stay with a group. Beautiful bedrooms and a large living room for all to gather in. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table. The backyard space is perfect! And the location cannot be beat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend the house to anyone.

A gem in a convenient location. Short 2-block walk to beach. Dozens of restaurants within a ten-minute drive. Close to park with climbing and rocking apparatus for children.

This property is perfect for families; great location for a quick beach run or spend the whole day with little ones. Adults will enjoy as well. Nice neighborhood to walk, bike, and eat locally! Property and house were clean and comfortably sleeps large families. Accommodated young children with crib, high chairs and nice safe backyard to play after the beach. We are from New Jersey and this was our first vacation on the Cape. We had the pleasure of meeting Jack and Val and they are wonderful! The house was an ultimate cape code cottage! Very cozy but also had plenty of space! All the amenities you could possibly need are in this cottage. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, everything you could need in the kitchen and we even grilled out in the backyard with plenty of space at the patio table. We were within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. House is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time so much at this house and can’t wait to go back !!!

Our family of two adults and six children, ranging in age from 7-17 just finished a really fabulous week in Cape Cod. We even brought the family dog. The house fit everyone perfectly! I can’t say enough good things about this house! The house was very clean, with nice white towels, blankets and beach towels all provided. There wasn’t a thing we lacked! Platters, plates, cups galore. The shed in the backyard had beach chairs, and other games, and our family enjoyed several rounds of paddle board in the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, it was perfect, with a nice lawn, table and new grill. The yard is fully fenced so the kids could slip out back with the dog to play and I didn’t have to worry. I enjoyed coffee there every morning. The location of the house mid-Cape in Dennis is also great. We drove to Falmouth, Hyannis, Provincetown, etc with no issues. The neighborhood is safe and the ocean, ice cream (Sundae School), and a good breakfast place (Wee Packet) are all within walking distance. Our family would love to go back and will be talking about this vacation for years to come. Thanks Val and Jack!

We were not sure what to expect and we were more than pleasantly surprised at how great the property was and what a good location it was. The house had all the amenities that we needed and with 7 adults and 2 infants, it was a perfect property for what we needed. The only thing that would have been nicer would be if we could have checked out 11:00 to 11:30 to give us a little more time to get out especially with the infants.

The check-in process was super easy and Jack and Val's home was clean and tidy when we arrived. There were fresh beach and shower towels on the bed which was a really nice touch! The beach was very close, and restaurants with ocean views were just a short walk or ride away. Jack was super responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

We had been through a lot during the pandemic and this vacation gave us exactly what we needed.. a home away from home. Val and Jack were great hosts! When we raised a maintenance issues with the microwave, they quickly showed up with a spare microwave and saved our day..they gave us suggestions for places to go and hang out. The property was clean and within walkable distance to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay, there were plenty of games to keep the kids engaged and best part was the beach chairs, tent, games, surf boards and all beach essentials that we could use. The outdoor bath was fun and so was the outdoor dining table.. We had kids ranging from 2 months to 10 years old and each were at home with their crib, rocking chair, tvs, and games. We are highly satisfied with all the amenities and services. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Dennis.

My friends and I had a positive experience at this home. The home is well-kept, there are plenty of beds, it was very clean, and the host was flexible with our check out time. My only feedback was that it felt as if the host had some initial reservations about myself and my group staying there.

Property was clean, had everything we needed and online pictures were accurate to actual house. Owners were very accommodating and I would stay here again no questions asked.

The house was so comfortable and clean, with cozy touches like neatly stacked towels and little candies put in place by the owners Val & Jack, who were truly the sweetest hosts ever. Not only did they send me an extensive list of activity suggestions for my stay, they were also accommodating and extremely responsive throughout the entire time. The house itself was very spacious and sparkling clean and came with a vast array of kitchen utensils, appliances, and cookware ready for use. We had a great time using the new grill and hanging out in the large backyard. Being steps away from the beach was also lovely as well. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

This is the perfect house for families visiting Cape Cod. The central location means all parts are within reasonable driving distance. With ample space and a 3min walk to the beach, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

We had a great time, could not have asked for a better place. The back yard was excellant! The grass was so green it suprised me. My grandkids had a great time running around in the back yard. We can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. The house was very well kept and inviting. The location and the home were in a perfect setting. Close to the beach, the wedding venue and bridal party's rental. The newlyweds ran into a few issues with their rental (too many to list here). I reached out to the owners directly and they graciously opened up this rental so my daughter and son-in-law could finish out their stay in Dennisport. The owners were lovely, responsive and very accommodating. We are lucky enough to be able to rent this property again for a week next summer. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the house again next summer.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. Plenty of space for our large group and close to beaches. We enjoyed eating out on the patio and loved the fenced in yard for our toddlers and dog. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and the house was clean. We hope to return next summer for more family memories on the Cape!

Everything was wonderful! The house was spatious and very clean! They had plenty of everyday items you’d need for your stay (paper towels, toilet paper etc.) and everything was in perfect condition. The central air system worked great as did all kitchen appliances and the televisions. They had books, board games and puzzles in case of a rainy afternoon and beach chairs and toys to borrow for a trip to the beach. The renters were easy to get ahold of and were very friendly! We’d happily recommend this house for a fabulous vacation!

We stayed Wednesday - Wednesday. We had 6 adults and 6 kids in our group. It was the perfect size house. Our pros for this house are: Yard was great for kids Quick walk to the beach House had everything we needed Washer and dryer Plenty of beds Lots of seating in the living and dining room Cable TV to watch Bruins and Red Sox games Air conditioning Outdoor shower Cons: NONE! Sandra sent us rainy day activity ideas and was a great communicator. Checking in was easy and painless. We were able to park 2 minivans and a truck in the driveway. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Cape Cod!
