The house was clean and did not have any visual surprises. I mention this because the home is very dated with wall paper, etc. however that is illustrated in the photos. However, what was not illustrated in the photos or mentioned anywhere is that the Main bedroom (Primary?) is like being in a cave. There is zero lighting in there. A few small table lamps have been put in the room but are far from sufficient. I had to leave the TV on just for the ambient glow. Even during the day it is dark in there. Also, the primary bedroom gets very warm in comparison to the rest of the house. Tried to open the window to cool it off but the window also does not open unless you basically get a crow bar out to pry it open. The house and its layout is in our top 5 favorites. We have stayed in SR for over 30 years. Lovely location and fun home design. Loved the two living rooms and two fireplaces!! Just gotta fix that master bedroom situation.

We came end of October. 2 amazing fireplaces were great to keep everyone warm. 2 living rooms with very comfy furniture . 2 master bedrooms and large dinning table , tons of storage. Enjoyed the game table, ping png table and esp the pool table.

I actually never stayed in this house due to an electrical issue before we checked in, but they were able to get us moved into a different house in the same day and fulfill any special needs. The owner company were great with communication. Can’t confirm the house is 5 star but definitely suggest these people as a great place to rent from.

The is home has lots to entertain! Plenty of room and the bedrooms were all a very good size! We had 6 kids and 4 adults and never felt like we were crowded. Multiple places for the kids to play and the loop was quiet and perfect for them to ride bikes out front. We will definitely be saving this house and coming again!

The pool table was a hit. The kitchen was fully stocked. The house is huge with lots of very comfortable places to relax. Beds were very comfortable.

Tons of space for the 6 grandsons, ages 6-12 to play games. Pool and ping pong were a big hit, as well as the hot tub. We felt comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. It was rather expensive but we were limited on dates we could go.

A great house for an extended family of 11 and 1 dog. The house is on the bike path to Ft Rock Park, so the older kids could ride there in their own. The house has 2 living rooms, so there is plenty of room to spread out. I appreciated the responsiveness of the manager.

Needs some updating. Old wallpaper some coming off the wall in wet bar area. House had dog hair in the carpet. The size was great and the kids loved the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay here again. Just needs a few improvements.

Had a great time stay here. We enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that this place has to offer, pool table, poker table, tennis table and the share passes. Gave it 4 stars because The bikes are in rough shape and need to be attending to . We did have to rent our own bikes. Beside that the place was wonderful.

A wonderful, well equipped and open home. Perfect for large groups. We loved cooking meals and eating at the dining table or out on the patio. The hot tub room is inside, which means less ventilation but it was still great. We will come back!

We loved this home and had such a great stay. We have been renting a different home every year in Sunriver for the past 10 years and this home is our favorite home so far. It is clean and immaculate, had plenty of space for everyone, is in an ideal location central to everything in Sunriver and it is so well stocked. We love the vintage Sunriver feel of original Sunriver homes and this home had that, but it is well kept up. We appreciated the bikes, the pool table and card table and used the deck every day. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Typical Sunriver 1980’s house that’s a bit dated, but it had everything we needed and more. Huge area’s for hanging out playing pool, games, and a separate living room. Huge garage for the bikes and ping pong. Well suited for a large group. We had 3 small families and it worked great. We love the location near ft park and just a short bike ride to the village or stables.

So much to do! It was cold outside so we appreciated all the indoor amenities! Loved the space. Thank you!

Great, big property to house plenty of friends for an awesome extended weekend

We went with family and children to sky and snowboard at mount Bachelor, the house was big with enough room for all of us, the pool table was a blast and the jacuzzi helped us relax and warm up after a day in the cold snowy mountain. Love the place and will definitely stay again

We had many issues with our stay. We had a weekend full of plans and were “unplugged”. I reached out to the host when we returned home to explain some of the reasons our stay was unsatisfactory- the response I received was that we should have reach out while we were there. Some of my issues included- there were not extra blankets or towels/wash clothes, nothing. Absolutely nothing for a three year old to do. The stairway was extra wide and there was no gate provided (we had an 11 month old with us and our gate wasn’t wide enough). The hot tub made our suits smell like sewage. One shower was barely warm and another was so hot you couldn’t use it. Over $100 worth of produce was frozen overnight- the night before we had left. All of these things alone are pretty minor and wouldn’t have made a huge impact but together it made our experience not so great. The house is a big but it’s managed very poorly. I also feel that at the price this house is per night the 1970s appliances could be updated.

We had never been to Sunriver before and this house was perfect for us. Lots for everyone to do and easy trip up to my bachelor to ski. We were able to text the property managers when the fireplace wouldn’t turn on and they came and fixed it quickly. Wonderful vacation! Thank you!

The house was bigger than expected and perfect for kids. Two separate entertainment rooms allowed for kids to have their own space.

This was our second stay in this lovely home. We had 12 in our group ranging from 16months to 85. The large home was perfect for us. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table. We never felt crowded. The extra large master suite was a great place to escape the chaos of all the kiddos. The layout was awesome. We had all the grandparents in the 2 rooms down stairs and our kids and grandkids had the rooms upstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to eat in which was a huge plus and money saver. Hot tub was a wonderful addition after a long day of snowboarding. It was nice to be able to bring our pups too. The home was clean and location great. Other reviews mentioned the need for some updating but I loved the lodge feel throughout. There are 2 living/family room so the kids could watch movies or play video games while us adults could visit or watch more adult movies in the other tv area. I highly recommend.

The house was spacious and everyone loved the games, pool table and ping pong. Not complaining, but the pool table light has two bulbs out. The stove is outdated, but we made it work for our meals. Overall, a cozy and comfortable house!

This place is absolutely great!! Huge and had all the amenities we needed! Plenty of room for our big family! Only gave it a 4 star because we had a heck of a time getting the hot water to work and also the hide a bed needed a pump and there wasn't one in the house. Also the jets in the hot tub weren't very powerful. I didn't call because it was Christmas and didn't want to make a huge deal out of it. None of it was a deal breaker. We were just happy to have an awesome house to be all together in and this house had it! Would definitely stay here again!

Family had a blast shooting pool and being in the hot tub. Room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

This is a lovely home, bright and airy inside, great location, double-master bedroom setup which is ideal for two families staying together. Could use some updates to make it five-star: new carpet, update kitchen appliances, better maintenance of bicycles (which were mostly unrideable). Although there is a working hot tub, its location inside a stuffy enclosure made it not so enjoyable to use.

This house is in a fabulous location in Sunriver, a short walk from Ft. Rock Park. The layout is also great - separate spaces for kids and families to spend time together and apart. Nice spacious bedrooms and a lovely deck. However, there are a couple things that make this house not a five-star rental. First, the air conditioning in the house is terrible - we got lucky and stayed a weekend where highs were in the 70s and were still unable to really cool off the house. We opened windows, had fans, cranked the AC, but it didn't cool off during the day. For most Sunriver summer days, I think you would be miserably hot. Secondly, the house needs a bit of updating for the price - the dishwasher is original to the house (probably 20+ years old?) and doesn't clean dishes properly, the oven is quite small, some of the kitchen tools were outdated, the master bedroom needs some more lamps and light, the bikes were a little janky. Easy things to fix. So all in all, a fine house (for cool weather!) - with a little TLC it could be amazing.
