I didn’t realize this was the private downstairs area of a residence. The rental was down quite a few stairs. It was nice to be in Birch Bay for a wedding.

This place has everything you need or want. Kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space to move around inside, and a relaxing outdoor space with a dining table, hot tub and a fire pit. Host is very nice, easy to communicate with and proactive if anything goes wrong. We will be back!

My wife and I and another couple had a wonderful time at Kelly's Cozy Seaside Studio. The place was very clean (including the hot tub), and equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The check-in process was easy and Kelly's communication was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Well stocked, comfy and spacious this lower level of a house is close to many Birch Bay amenities and the beach. Comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub added to a great stay.

The studio apartment was well equipped with nearly everything we needed. What we enjoyed the most was sitting outside by the gas fire pit in the morning as we drank our coffee, again at night with a glass of wine as we watched the sunset.

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly's. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the Tesla charging was a very welcome plus. It was very hot out but we stayed cool and comfy in the suite, we will definitely be back!

The place was just as pictured inside, with so many extras like sundries and first aid kit. The hot tub and fire pit overlook ocean and estuary and was a welcome way to unwind after a day shopping. The beach is a quick 2 min drive or about 10 min walk. The host was quick to respond and receptive to suggestions. The only reason one star was taken from accuracy of listing was because the property is down three levels and has quite a few stairs, so my only suggestion was to take a photo of stairs, so people who may have mobility issues would not be surprised. I would recommend a stay here.

We live within 2 hours of Birch Bay and chose this cute little studio for a weekend break.
Close to the beach and downtown, with more amenities than we could have imagined.
Clean and beautiful, with the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on!
We truly enjoyed our down time in Birch Bay!

This was by far the best experience with a rental that we have had! Everything we could possibly need was provided by the host! The rental was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There was extra towels, beds, tons of pillows and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in ages! It was so invigorating to use the hot tub located right outside the unit. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property from viewing on VRBO to check in. Music was playing when we came in along with a bottle of wine and glasses. It was cozy, and comfortable and truly the relaxation we needed after our wedding and all the planning. Thank you for making our stay perfect! Only issue we had was finding the door to unlock, however it was 11pm and we were exhausted so it was probably us!

This was one of the cutest vacation rentals we’ve had the pleasure to stay at! The owners were very responsive and even hand delivered a giant chocolate bar for our kids to enjoy. The home had everything we needed and had the best outdoor space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

PROS: Very cute studio with a beach theme. The evening sunsets were just lovely, especially from the hot tub. Everything was laid out very nicely and plenty of hot water in the shower. Very nice French press and Keurig machine. Full refrigerator and freezer with ice cube trays. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
CONS: A bit noisy in the early morning, so not the best choice if you want to sleep in. Found trash left from previous guest and no charcoal for the BBQ. You'll be cleaning your own dishes, taking out the garbage, and collecting used linens even with the cleaning fee.
Overall, a nice getaway for the weekend.

Everything was as expected. It’s a nice little spot near the bay. I can see it being super nice in the summer, but we still enjoyed our time there. Would definitely come back.

Check-in was smooth, space was clean, good parking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed poking around Birch Bay. We brought our pup, who was also very comfortable. We aren’t big TV people but loved having the channels available to watch the Mariners win this weekend! Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Seaside Studio for two nights and it was perfect. Beds were comfy, hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was relaxing. The coffee bar and treats made the mornings absolutely wonderful. Would love to stay longer

An Oasis of Calm
Our small group could not believe our luck when we found this gem that not only had everything we originally wanted in a home away, but was also pet friendly.
As we drove up to the property, you could immediately see the love that has gone into the grounds, but upon opening up the studio, there was a definite WOW factor here.
Tastefully decorated with beach and nautical themes, don't let this studio fool you on its size. Such a great use of space.
The patio and hot tub area create a private and peaceful mood immediately.

A cute and VERY CLEAN studio.
What a cute little space to escape too; with extremely comfy beds. We had a very enjoyable time staying there while visiting Birch Bay. Thank you, and thank you for letting our fur babies come as well.

Great getaway!
Booked a last minute spring break trip for myself and my youngest daughter. This place was the perfect getaway! It was so relaxing and so nice to have access to a private hot tub. My favorite was watching the sunset from the tub. We loved it! I can't wait to come back.

Christmas Getaway
We had the best time at this little quaint cute property! The host was so nice and thought of everything to have in that room, and even left us Christmas goodies! She also was very happy to have our dog stay over which meant the world. 10/10 recommend! If you’re a light sleeper maybe bring earplugs just because you are under someone’s home but other than that it was fabulous!
