Plenty of room for our group of 7 brothers and cousins, and loved the covered deck on the Oceanside!

We really enjoyed our time in Folly Beach and Charleston. House was perfect for our group. We spent a lot of time walking along the beach in the mornings.

Great house, lots of space, and the view from the kitchen was spectacular!

This home is a spacious, well appointed ocean front home close to everything in Folly Beach. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable and three of the five have direct ocean views. The kitchen and breakfast rooms were a perfect place to enjoy watching dolphins play while having a meal. The house was perfect for our family get together.

As soon as you walk in, the full windows welcome you to beautiful Folly Beach. So much room inside the house and having 5 bathrooms for 10 of us was definitely a plus. We all had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. The only issues that have been mentioned before, are the stove knobs without temperature location and the corner sink could definitely use a longer faucet hose. Would definitely stay here again and thank you for sharing this perfect house!

The short, private, walkway to the beach was great.

The house was beautiful and we had a great stay! We arrived mid week and had terrible weather except the last day. The back porch was awesome just to spend time with family and enjoy the ocean. The house had everything we needed especially the kitchen. Very well stocked with anything you need for a kitchen. I was very pleased with hot clean the house was and how informative Vacasa was prior to our stay and check out. We would rent this house again for sure!

3 families (10 ppl) just finished our lovely stay at Blue Waters. As others have noted, the house has minor cosmetic issues - cooking was a bit like stovetop roulette because knobs are not labeled. The house was clean upon arrival with one exception - some of the bath towels were still damp and had strong mold smell - as did the washing machine. We also had trouble with the drink fridge overheating, but we figured a solution and Vacasa mgt was very responsive. Overall we had a great visit and would book this property again. Loved being right on the beach!

Our group had a great time at Blue Waters, walking on the beach and enjoying listening to the roar of the ocean.

Enjoyed the easy beach access with private ramp leading to the beach. Convenient to restaurants in the area and short drive to downtown Charleston. Clean and spacious home.

This is a great beach home. Could not ask fir a better location, amenities and service. This home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We love coming back here year after year with our family. Easy beach access and lots of little tidal pools that form for the kids to play in. Perfect porch to watch the stars come out at night.

We really appreciated that the house was so clean and well-kept. Everything was in working order. We didn't have to spend our vacation calling to fix someone else's house (or get it exterminated). The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The upstairs sitting room has a trundle couch bed that sleeps two, plus another couch. It closes off as a separate room if you need another bedroom. The outside shower is still janky, but we used it with no problem. There is a very nice hose under the house if you prefer, it's just that you have to go up, down, and back up again. We would definitely stay here again!

Love the location of this beach house and the general layout. This was our second stay here. The house needs a little updating. Little things like the door knob from the porch to the kitchen came off every time you opened the door. Knobs were missing from bathroom cabinets. Overall it needs a good cleaning. Did see roaches. It is a great house and we had a good time. Just for the money it costs, it should be in better condition.

It was perfect for us. We spent almost every day on the beach. When we weren't on it. We could see it. We moved about as small groups. Used it as a place to come back to. Great location, right on the beach. My 3 daughters, their families and I all had a great get away.

Beautiful house, right on the beach with private walk to beach. The house is a 5, Vacasa rep is a 1. We had a great time except for a few items. We like grilling. The grill was dirty when we arrived. We turned it on high in order to clean the grilling surface and the entire base pan caught fire because it hadn't been cleaned in ages. We put out the fire and our first task of the vacation was to clean the greasy grill. Then we ran out of gas for the grill and had to run to town to get a new container to finish cooking steaks. Emailed and messages Vacasa through the app and did not get any responses until nearly a week after we left. The views made up for all problems but Vacasa has proven to be unreliable, especially at the Folly Property. I then moved to Isle of Palms house and the Vacasa representitive could not have been more responsive. Two totally different experiences

Really nice house right on the beach. Beautiful views! Adequate bedroom and bathroom space. Lots of parking. Kitchen needs a little updating - dishwasher and range. Furniture on the porch needs to be replaced. Quite a few leftover rusty beach chairs and beach equipment were strewn about on the porch and beneath the house. Overall, however, it was a great house and we would probably want to rent it again. Enjoyed working with Vacasa in renting here.

Easy and great trip

The location and size of the house are great. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which includes 2 master suites with king beds. However, for the price point of this house, many things need fixed. The sink situation in the kitchen is very weird and makes it difficult to wash anything bigger than a cup due to the sizes of the sinks, including one that is in the corner that is worthless. The stove eyes were not marked and you could not figure out the temperature. The back doors were very difficult to lock, the stove exhaust fan sounds like its going to explode, the 2 rocking chairs on the porch need their arms screwed down, knobs missing on kitchen cabinets and in living room built-ins, handle on sink faucet in master bath fell off. I also asked Vacasa to spray for ants downstairs multiple times and i don't think it ever happened.

We have stayed at this house for over 12 years and truly love it and will come back for sure. Couple of areas that need attention: This time the refrig was broken (no heads up) and they had put in three small ones. Inconvenient and a hassle and one kept freezing our food. There were no trash bags in any of the cans upon arrival nor any supplies under the sink and the cans were not cleaned. So immediately we had to deal with trash bags issues. The back porch had not been cleaned from last guests with sand, piles of shells. Although, we will for sure stay here again because its's a tradition and we have had many great years in this house, this time had some areas weren't up to the rental costs. Couple of things to tweak and this will back up to 5 stars. Recommendation would be for mgmt - to bring in a large full refrig if this happens again.

The interior was way nicer than we expected. Great being on the beach. However the frig didn't work, except for the freezer part. The mini frigs provided were a help but some of the food froze in them. As we were 6 people and we stayed for a week and cooked every day this was a real problem. Some of our produce froze

The house was great, easy walk or drive to town, spacious bedrooms and living area. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working, we were not made aware of the problem and discovered it after several days into the stay resulting in having to throw out some of our food.

Great house with lots of room for 8 adults, but the best part is easy access to a fantastic beach.

This property was great. It was everything we expected. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The view of the beach is magnificent. Warm breezes waft in from the ocean in the morning and the stars are clear and radiant at night. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and plan to come back again. The home is clean, well cared for and welcoming. It is the perfect beach getaway oasis.

The only problem I have is that this was a VrBO listing for a second company and they passed on a $700 service fee from VRBO on top of the fees for the other rental company. I always had the option of not booking, but the pull to South Carolina was too strong. Grateful we could still afford.
