Last minute emergency travel

Enjoyed that hoise, thanks to the owner

Place was small but nice. The bed began to fall apart but property manager was sent right away. My kids enjoyed the place.

The house was nice and clean. The heated pool was great.

Awful. The location and the house. Felt very unsafe. The pictures are very deceptive. Once you arrive the outlets are falling out of the walls, the door is difficult to open and close. Lots of broken things from the hot water to leaking sinks and showers. The linens are awful. Stains all Over the furniture, walls and ceiling. The game room had a terrible smell so unusable. The back Gate didn't work so you didn't feel safe in the area. The management company stopped responding to me and also charged an unauthorized, undisclosed $250 to my credit card. We lasted 12 hours in a stay that was suppose to be 4 nights. Do not book this place. Awful. VBRO is also unresponsive, will not use them again. Terrible experience. We did thankfully find an amazing Marriott on Pompano Beach. Check it out.

This was a terrible experience which resulted in us leaving the property a day early with safety concerns of an unresolved electrical issue. It started with a suspicious email requesting additional money and personal information outside of the vrbo app. Messaged the property owner on the vrbo app requesting clarification and no response. Contacted vrbo to report and was requested to contact property manager directly. Emailed outside app and received a response requesting a security deposit which was not mentioned in the listing. I called and talked to the manager, let him know I was not paying outside of vrbo and asked if I could provide evidence of the damage protection in place of the deposit. He agreed and I emailed him a copy of the damage protection for his records. The day before arrival my credit card was charged outside of vrbo for $250 which was not authorized. When I asked what the charge was the manager said he would check with his accountant and get back to me which he did not until I texted about it when we left the prooerty. When we arrived the door instructions were incomplete causing us to call and text with no helpful info back. Finally figured out after expirimenting with the lock. Pool heater also was not working after 2 visits from the maintenance team. When trying to turn on the heater for the final time, there were sparks and the heater blew with a large amount of black smoke. We contacted the manager immediately and let them know we did not feel safe and were leaving the property. The 'amazing heated pool' in the listing was not in working order. The overall house was nice, well stocked, game room and outside area well set up. Unfortunately the entire experience made this unenjoyable and stressful from start to finish.

Me and friends stayed here and it was cool. With the included amenities it would have been a good stay for a group of adults or adults with kids. Its also a great location not to far from anything and its a quiet neighborhood. I'd book it again.
