This place was perfect for us when we had a wedding at the blue bride for our family. The bed and couch very comfy. Everyhting you could think of was stocked and the washer dryer was a plus. Great water pressure and awesome views. Baby swans in the lake out back and a covered patio was wonderful. Jeff was a great help.

Stayed in #4. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve had in years, with a beautifully stocked kitchen and laundry. The check in process is easy and comfortable. My only comment is it’s a little dark. If it is painted again I’d suggest lightening the wall color, but that is a very minor point for such a nice, comfortable rental with everything you need and a really lovely view out the back to go along. Nice landlord too.

We enjoyed our stay ~ very clean and has everything you need. The owner is always available and nice to work with. Location is very convenient to Interlochen School of the Arts. We highly recommend this place.

3rd stay here. Unit is modern and clean.Quiet surroundings even with the road nearby, great communication on the owner's part. Kitchen is small but well equipped, good HVAC,nice appliances, nice balcony views, plenty of parking.

I was looking for affordable lodging outside of TC, and came across this listing. All of the ratings were glowing, so I thought I’d give it a try. It was perfect! Incredibly clean, a comfortable bed, a lovely balcony with a pretty view. The communication with Jeff was quick and there are detailed instructions at the condo itself. I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone, and we will definitely stay again!

This is a great hidden gem.
My mom, sister and I stayed at Jeff’s VRBO for 3 nights. The place was exactly as described. It was extremely clean, and perfectly suited our needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
If I am back in the area, I would definitely look to see if this property is available.

Move in weekend at Interlochen Arts Academy
The location was perfect just a 5min drive to IAA. It was an extremely hot, humid and damp weekend. It was so refreshing to arrive to cool and very clean accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need for preparing meals. The water was hot and plentiful. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The sofa was very comfortable to sit on and the sleeper mattress was typical for a sleeper sofa, in good condition. The AC unit is in the living area so we had to leave the bedroom door open to get the AC to the bedroom. We did find a fan in the bedroom closest the morning of our departure and I definitely recommend using it to manage the airflow to the bedroom. Otherwise whoever is sleeping on the sleeper sofas sofa may be freezing while the bedroom is a bit on the warm side. I believe every unit was occupied and we didn’t hear any noise from other renters. The deck was large and was nice to enjoy coffee and a nice view. We will be making several trips to visit our daughter and are looking forward to staying again!

This place was super. It appears it was recently redone and looked like it had never been used. Very clean, amenities were super and good location. Good communication with owner. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Super clean and newly decorated. Love the covered porch to sit at even when it rains. Great view of the small lake. Would definitely stay at again.
