All chalets face the sea .Location was not far from the site entertainment area.Chalet had all mod cons and was comfortable,no complaints.
Very hilly.Not the hosts fault,but the weather was terrible,but the site facilities were not enough for 4 nights so we came home a day early.Saturday entertainment was a singer,the other nights were pub quiz and bingo,which was not for us,but as I say the weather was very bad.

A lovely chalet, clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and close by. The complimentary basket was lovely. The information on the local area and places to visit left by the owner was helpful. The chalet was also very close to the facilities - club house, shop, swimming pools. It’s a great base for exploring Devon. You can walk along the coastal path from the chalet to reach Clovelly. The only negative I can think of was the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great - not that it really mattered to me, but if you have teenagers!
The only negative was the poor Wi-Fi connection, but it wasn’t that much of a big issue.

the shower is a good size compared to the normal tiny ones that are available that as an adult I barely fit in (I am a size 10/12)
the shrews, the sickness it has caused myself, my partner, my 7 year old and 8 month old! the response when told the owner/company of the chalet was that there is no shrews, as if I was making it up and wasting my own god damn time like I did with this holiday. no internet connection all week thank goodness there wasn’t an emergency. The whole building is run down completely which for its age is understandable but instead of actual repairs they’ve tried to cover them up I.e. the felt roof has just been very poorly covered up with plastic sheeting.

It was clean and very well equipped. Decorated beautifully.

Everything, the chalet was super comfy, extra clean with all amenities one can need.
Very good location within the holiday park as well, super close to all amenities of the park and with a sea view!
I wish we could have stayed longer, but I sadly had to go back to work!

The chalet was really well presented with some nice touches and lots of things provided. Very clean, modern, comfortable and homely. A great base for our trip to North Devon, thank you

Almost everything you could need, ie essentials, we’re provided. Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very quiet location when we were there which was out of season. Internet is available albeit very slow.
On site facilities looked good, but check ahead for costs and availability. (As passes are week long only so not suitable for a few days) kids playground is fairly new and substantial. Very comprehensive welcome book with a vast amount of information on places to go locally which was helpful.
Unfortunately the bedrooms were slightly damp, especially in the mornings. There was a dehumidifier available which we did try. The sofa was very hard and possibly could do with a clean. The curtains were very thin which on sunny evenings and early mornings doesn’t make it easy to sleep. We did noticed other properties had blackout blinds. Only (less than) half a roll of toilet roll available for our 3 night stay. When contacting the owner to check if we had missed where it was stored was told everything they provide is in the basket in the kitchen. Which was Oreo biscuits odd bits of coffee sugar etc, washing up liquid, hand sanitiser and cloths, told us there was a shop if we needed anything else. Which unfortunately closes at 6 so when I went to grab some it was closed.
There was no instructions on how use the heating, although I eventually figured it out and was cold our first night. Was hot during the day and there was no fan available and no ventilation of any kind in the kitchen.

Everything. Attention to detail was excellent, little touches like tea, coffee, biscuits. Perfectly clean. Good location. Well worth the money. Will be booking again.
