Great location
Double bed is too small for two adults, was quite uncomfortable. Would stay again only if there was a queen bed

The view
Ridiculous toilet that you have to sit on sideways because it sits under a useless shuttered window. Shower wets the whole bathroom. The toilet also wouldn’t flush when I arrived. I couldn’t get the tv to work.

The studio is well appointed and has a lovely panoramic view of the estuary.
That the public can walk past and look in. Not private.

the view was amazing and it was a very trendy place.
It's not necessary but having an air conditioner would have been good and the bed was a bit too soft but that's a personal preference. I think the bed was a double (I'm not sure) and a queen would be more suitable if two people are staying.

Location, closeness to town facilities and beaches. Lovely bathroom and clean facilities
Could have had some places to store clothes, or even side tables so we didn't live out of bag. Also plates were to big to heat in microwave (need some microwave containers and smaller plates).

Location was off the charts and it was nestled very well on the top of the hill. Great view in the morning!
The Bed could have been more comfortable. Felt like it sunk in the middle.

Location and view in relation to all that is good about Urunga is within walking distance.
Small, clean and cosy. Off street parking. Very comfortable bed.
These are more about small improvements which would have been of assistance to us .
1. Handle to close front door. Needed to either pull door hard to close it or use the key as an assist. Not ideal with a wind from a westerly direction.
2. Wall hooks to hang clothes. We hung ours off the TV bracket.
3. I am not sure what the standard position is with toilet paper but we ran out after two days and had to shop to buy more. No spare roll and what was there initially was not a full roll. While trivial, the tariff paid should mean this is covered.
4. The TV would turn itself off albeit with a warning. Not sure why, unless people were leaving it on all night.

The studio enjoys having big glass sliding doors overlooking the patio, lawn and because of its high position has a very good view of the river going out to sea. You can see the boardwalk that goes out all the way to the heads. The shops and the boardwalk are all within walking distance from the studio. Although not a very big retail area, well it is a small village, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Embers, breakfast at Pomegranate Cafe and another dinner at Ocean view Hotel. All top class. The weather was great and the whole weekend was very relaxing.
Although the studio was very tidy, modern and nicely presented it is not a very big space. Having the patio does make it feel bigger. The kitchen area was functional, there was room for a small table and chairs in the corner.
