Just a suggestion, maybe more then 1 washer and dryer.

Very good location and view of the bay. Sunset Grill in walking distance.

Everything was great

The view across Tampa Bay looking at St. Pete was fantastic. The opportunity to walk along the park across the street and sit on the pier was wonderful. The waterway across the back of the property was filled with a variety of local wildlife: birds, fish and dolphins. There was a parade of exceptional boats and cabin-craft using the channel in the waterway to access the bay. There was 2 wonderful restaurants within footsteps of the studio and a beach rental business with jet-skis, kayaks, paddle boards and umbrellas. 2 pools, a jacuzzi, a long sandy beach and swimming in the bay. Plenty of sun and water to enjoy.

The only thing to make it better would be a longer stay. Nothing lacking. Sad to leave and return to Ocala.

The property was clean. The area was quiet. Room was a good size, plenty of room and nicely supplied. The pool was a plus.

I thought it was a little bit pricey. Not as close to the water as I thought. I envisioned sitting on the front slab looking at the water.

location, beach, views, lots of walkways to take walks. we left 2 new sets of silverware there for future renters to use

construction , no couch, could have used a mop for cleaning as we were there 2 weeks: left those supplies there to use

It's a relaxing place nice and quiet

It was no an actual kitchen to prepare meals. It was a coffee makers but no coffee. There is not water on the fridge.

I liked everything.

I liked the place. I thought it was very nice. I also liked the pools as well. I liked there were a few places to walk to.

The place was very nice. I just wish there was more things that didn't require a 30 min or more drive. That was the only downside for me. The beach was a little small and we weren't able to swim there.

Ocean right there. Room had ocean view and pool just steps away. Area quiet clean

Road going into the property are in need of repair. Restaurants on site are just ok. Definitely need updating. Hours of operation for weekends should be extended.

It was right next to the bay! You have a spectacular view of the bay! You see St. Petersburg. The pools were amazing. The Sunset Grill is right down the street. They have great food.
