We come to the Deerfield area to stay a couple times every summer and Terry’s condo didn’t disappoint! The pool is also a really nice perk! Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice to be next to the tiki bar and multiple marinas. Condo has a nice layout and had everything we needed for a short get away.

The location and property is/was awesome! The host was nothing by attentive and responsive to my emails and/ or texts! I highly recommend this property!
I will provide some recommendations though, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags were a little short. There were 7 of us for 7 days. The amount of each item available was not gonna suffice, especially the garbage bags. We did purchase additional of all the above. Which at the end of the day is not by any means a deal breaker.
I am not complaining by any means whatsoever, just want to express our experience for others.

Norris Nirvana is a beautiful property. The views from master and living rooms are amazing. The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had many pots, pans, baking items etc. The property owner, Terry, was very helpful and extremely responsive. I would say though the property could use a bit of maintenance - the toilet seat in 2nd bathroom is loose, the deck has bugs and cobwebs (it needs a good powerwash), there were a number of fruit flies everywhere in the unit, and three of the dinning chairs are wiggly. Overall, a very nice unit. It just needs some maintenance that is why I couldn't give it a full 5 stars. I wanted too.

Perfect for a young family.
Good communication and easy rental process. Nice location. Perfect for a young family. A little crowded for us as we had 8 adults, but nice layout.

If your departure is in winter the closest you can visit is Gatlimburg and it is 1:30 away , It is a beautiful lake, it hurts that there is not much to do in winter

We loved just about everything about this property. The location and setting is beautiful. Condo is only a few steps up from the parking lot - where others in the complex are up or down a flight of stairs. The views of the lake and boats passing, available slip for docking. Terry was very responsive and made things easy from start to finish. The deck is huge and even includes an outside fridge! If bringing a boat be aware there is no trailer parking at the condo. You must arrange that with the marina or find an outside place to store. Great lake get away - looking forward to next time!

While the drive to get to property can be a little lengthy - this place is SO worth it! I was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate a friend getting married! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Loved the patio with extraordinary views of Lake Norris. Cannot wait to return. Owner very helpful and responsive. Thank you Terry for sharing your home.

We enjoyed our time. Beautiful lake view and lovely home. Just a few items that might need attention: A few chairs were wobbly. We set them aside so no one would get harmed. The bunk bed ladder was missing a hook so we put it under bed. Minor issues beautifully decorated and would rent again!

This condo had everything you could imagine needing on vacation which means you don't have to bring much! Very nice, clean condo! Owner was amazing to work with and made it for a smooth rental process! Hope to stay here again, highly recommended!!
