Excellent location with a pleasant woodland walk into Bergerac centre. Pool was excellent but needed a few more sun loungers for busier times.

Clean but very basic accommodation. In need of some modernisation.

Small, compact once 2 items of furniture removed from living room much better using space.

Poor lighting for road signs and exterior at night. I took us an hour to find the property. Poor lighting at night between accommodation and entrance. Toilet upstairs and no sink to wash hands after use and cleaning kitchen not an issue for us, but depending on the previous resident cleaning regime having to rewash items before use.

The pool was okay and the free wine tasting was a good idea.

We felt like we ended up with the worst accommodation as it was not as clean as we expected and was not well maintained. It was looking very tired and had not been renovated for many years years. A fresh coat of paint would have made a big difference. The beds were not made, there was no free wifi, there was no complimentary tea, coffee, only one toilet roll and we had to pay for an extra roll and no soap to wash our hands. When we entered the place there were some kind of insect all over the walls. We complained and a man sprayed the entire place and the smell was strong and just annoyed us more as we were very tired after a long trip.

The situation of the property was very good. Gardens well kept Quiet. Easy walking distance (500 metres) to Leclerc. Possible to walk into Bergerac in 35 minutes (level , no hills)

The property was "tired" and in serious need of a makeover. I requested a room on the ground floor, but was told there were only available for "Reduced mobility" but all other properties were accessible by lift. I was given my key, only to discover I was in a property with stairs, and not the easiest to use. The 2 bedrooms were on the first floor, as was the toilet. The livingroom/kitchen plus bathroom(shower over bath) were on the ground floor. No towel rails in either the kitchen or bathroom. The bath was high sided, and difficult to access, and dangerous as the surface was smooth, and no handles to grab when the surface was wet. Th layout of the kitchen was poor, the furnishings were dated and no "easy chairs" other than the 6 VERY hard wood dining chairs. Pull cord for extractor fan in bathroom missing.

For anybody looking for somewhere clean and cheap it was absolutely fine.

Very basic facilities. Bed was very small. Supplied duvet too small for bed. Curtains didn't fit windows and were different sizes. No sink to wash hands in wc. Bathroom was downstairs but toilet was upstairs? No shop on site

The apartment was very good with separate bedroom and a balcony. The swimming pool was very good though I think during busy periods it might prove a little small. There is a lake with a Sandy beach with life guards though it is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to get there.

There is really nothing on the site apart from the pool e. g. No shop etc though the supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. There was only 7 sun loungers at the pool 2 of which required repair totally inadequate there were about 14 chairs also but no use if you wanted to sunbathe.

The utter meaness of the enterprise…..you has to pay for any cleaning materials……litièrally evertyhing. Was at making profit at any price it was shameful! .paving slabs loose and dangerous……but will probably stay that way as it would cost money to fix them! This level of greed and profiteering is not acceptable

Quiet, clean, friendly staff

On arrival room had no heating, or hot water which was fixed when we complained, biggest issue was for a self catering apartment, no soap, washing up liquid, or dishcloth supplied. Wifi was pay as you go. And we had to pay a 400 euro deposit! No curtains up the large glass doors, as they were being washed!

Good location for a family with green space. The Duplex apartment is very spacious

The swimming pool is very small

We had a 8-persons maisonette for 4. I wouldn't have liked it if we would have been with more people. There was a terrace with table and chairs. Silent surroundings. Bergerac is a small, but nice city, with many restaurants. We rented a car at the airport and so we could visit the countryside.

I asked for early check-in, so I got a code for key-pickup, but I got the wrong key and with that the wrong apartment, it was solved immediately when the reception was opened (that was a good thing). 1 bathroom and toilet is too less for 8 people. There is a high deposit asked. you need a car, there is no public transport, I would like it if they would have bicycles.
