Excellent entertainment on site. Clean pool which we managed to book every day.

2 trips amazing time each trip. Caravans are neat and clean, 2 bathroom and have all the amenities as described. There are evening entertainment for kids and adutls if you prefer. The beach is right opposite the road and also a short drive away. ALDI Grocery shopping is also short drive away.

It was great with two children, kids park and activities very near by.
Was near the main road so a bit noisy but we could tolerate it well enough.

The caravan was spotlessly clean. Had extras such as tea, sugar, milk, towels.
It felt like a home from home.

A very well equipped, homely caravan. We cooked a full blown Christmas dinner in the kitchen without any problem at all. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. There was even an xbox, dvd's, music cd's, board games and books to use if you wished to do so. Location is good, not even a ten minute drive from the lovely town of Hythe which has some nice pubs and restaurants and a lovely promenade to walk alongside the beach. The caravan has two bathrooms, both had a shower which was very handy. The Neptune pub which is a two minute walk away is a nice place to have a drink. This was our second time staying at New beach holiday park and it's a big, well maintained park to stay in. We would definitely stay at 15 The Beaches again, we had a great Christmas, thanks
This really isn't a complaint but more advice which could apply to 99% of the caravan owners on this site. It really would be handy if a few paving slabs were laid in between the private parking spaces and the steps that lead up to the front door of the van. We found no matter hard we tried and wiped our feet on the matt, it was almost impossible not to walk some degree of mud into the caravan.

Very clean and comfortable caravan. Good size and none of the issues other reviewers mentioned with cleanliness/smell etc
The caravan was situated next to the road and road noise was an issue in early mornings, but that is a function of location and no reflection on the quality/cleanliness of the van itself

Great amenities, including a swimming pool, amusements, bar, restaurants and shop. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you needed.

Super clean. And they even left some sugar, tea, coffee and there was even milk in the fridge. And ice in the freezer. It’s the wee things that matter.

Our caravan was lovely and welcoming.
The on site staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool was very cold and extremely busy so we only used 25 minutes of our 45 minute slot.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Nick's mobile home in Dymchurch, we were a family of 5 (5yr, 3yrs and 1yr). The double room had space for the travel cot and we had are own en suit bathroom. The lounge was spacious, bright and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Nick was kind enough to obtain a high chair for our stay also. It was a great location about 30mins walk into the centre of Dymchurch.

Caravan was immaculate, extra touches such as tea, coffee, milk meant we could just arrive and unpack. Added touches made it feel like home from home
