Perfect apartment in a perfect location. The blue bay area is super nice and the apartments are only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach passes are included with the stay. Ravi, the apartment owner is a really nice guy and together with the other staff they made us feel at home. We were invited for some drinks as well, which really added to our stay. If we go to Curaçao again we will definitely go back to Xanadu!

Luxury, clean appartment located close to Blue Bay beach. Large balcony to relax. All relevant facilities available such as airconditioning, fully equipped Kitchen and luxury bathroom. Very good poolsite, including bar and lounge beds. Staff (incl owner) were excellent hosts; friendly, flexible and well organized . The appartments are centrally located at Curaçao, allowing you to easily drive west as well as eastbound.

Everything was perfect

Xanadu is the perfect place to stay. There is not much to say because everything exceeded our expectations. It is much better than the pictures. Ravi is the best host we have ever had. The location is perfect.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Ravi, Sanchez and the whole staff were so accommodating, great to speak to and made the stay memorable. In particular, Ravi always made sure we had what we needed, gave great recommendations, and created a super fun environment for all the guests.

Fantastic place. I was with my family and the apartment is very beautiful with a magnify decoration…. The location is excellent, great condominium and the beach (5 min walking) is very very beautiful. Davi (owner) is a incredible person, help us in everything, outstanding 😁😁 The travel was very special and Davi and the apartment were part of that. I recommended strongly… 👏👏👏

Xanadu is a fantastic place and Ravi is the best.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach nearby and easy access to both the west and east sides of the island. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and equipped with fast internet. The pool area is fantastic, and the host was very helpful and kind.

Everything was perfect.

Very friendly host and owner, Ravi, who will go out of his way to run the extra mile for his guests. He organised a lovely Friday evening happy hour for all the guests. The apartment is quite new, so all equipment and furniture were in a very good condition. It is situated within the gated community of Blue Bay, on the road leading to the beach (about a 10 minute walk). Our views were of Willemstad in the distance, and gardens and houses nearby. Large balcony and living room. Kitchen is supplied with convenient equipment and a generous amount of cleaning products is available. The area is quiet and feels very safe. The only noise you hear is of cars passing by to go to the beach.

The only thing which we struggled with was the bed, being 160cm's and quite hard. As we are used to a 200cm softer mattress this proved to be a minor issue (of course this is a very personal issue, others might not find this an issue at all).

when in Curacao, this is the place we stay. Great location, very nice accommodations and excellent service.

it was a beautiful apartment at an excellent location 5 minutes walk from blue bay beach. You could see it was new and in perfect condition with all the things you need. Furthermore, Ravi was the perfect host, easily reachable, good tips for restaurants and places to visit and welcoming us with a nice drink. Also Carlos made sure the property was always in good condition and the garden and pool are well taken care of! If you want to have the perfect stay in curaçao, make sure to book Xanadu and you will not be disappointed!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was beautifully arranged between the 3 buildings, pool and bar area as well as the individual apartments. The owner Ravi was really great, he stayed late to check us in due to our late flight where he stayed and chatted with us and told us about the area and he even took my husband to pick up something to eat since we arrived so late in the evening. On Saturday, he hosted a cocktail get-together with everyone staying at Xanadu. It was great to meet so many wonderful people. I found that Ravi loves to take photos of the groups that stay there and he’s really good at it as well. Ravi really creates a warm and welcoming feel to everyone’s stay!

Everything. The place was amazing, modern, clean, very well located and the owner and admin were very welcoming. I've stayed in Curacao many times before and I would certainly say that this is one of the best apartments in the island. You can't go wrong staying here. It's the best of two worlds......the independence from an airbnb and the quality service of a hotel.

Xanadu was absolutely amazing! Great location, walking distance to the beach, very peaceful. Good restaurants! If you want to experience paradise, I highly recommend Xanadu! Ravi was a phenomenal host! As well as his staff.

This was one of the best places we stayed. Super comfortable, clean, close to the exellent beach. We love to explore a new place every year but I think we are coming to this one again next January. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The whole property is pretty new, and so everything is in top condition. The apartment was spacious and nicely designed. Instead of a noisy A/C it had a super quiet minisplit - which makes sleeping at night so much easier! Also: high-quality mattresses. Wonderful bathrooms with a shower with a good water pressure and hot (not just lukewarm). The apartment has almost anything you may need: dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, large fridge and freezer, hot water kettle, coffee maker, large TV, fast and reliable wifi - even a bathroom scale if you are inclined to check your weight during vacation… The kitchen equipment is basic (crockery, pans and pots, some utensils like knives, spatulas and ladles), but enough to cook some nice meals - we actually didn’t go out for dinner at all. Once a week there is even housekeeping - they clean the apartment and change the towels! The pool is always clean, and the pool area is nice. Often you will meet the host Ravi there (the office and the bar are both directly by the pool), and if you are lucky you may get invited to his fun happy hour. We had several very nice evenings at the pool bar chatting with Ravi and the other guests. 100% optional but highly recommended. Walk to the wonderful Blue Bay Beach (access is included for residents of Xanadu, and no fee for sun beds) is 5mins. The beach has its own reef where you can snorkel or dive. Xanadu also rents snorkel gear, as does a place by the beach, so no need to bring anything.

Xanadu was amazing and Ravi was by far the best host ever!

We loved it! The appartment is in a perfect location and it was very relaxed, clean and spacious. Also the checkin and out process was perfect. Good thing to know: the owners can arrange a rental car, if we knew we would have done it. Sanches and Ravi (the owners) realy took good care of us!

I wished I could have stayed longer. :) When we came back it was rainy.
