We very much enjoyed our stay. It is in a location that is very quiet. More importantly the house was very clean with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. We would stay there again.

We were a family of five, three kids ages 1, 3, 5. We enjoyed the town of Fredericksburg, just a ten minute drive away. We’d go to town at least once a day, and for the hours in between, having the pool at the house to entertain the kids (and parents), was key! It was very clean and a nice temperature (it was August). The house had a nice kitchen and bathrooms, they seemed to be newly updated. There was very good communication, with notes around the house to explain what was what. we were very happy with our stay.

We have stayed here twice now and really enjoy the pool and private location it offers. The owner came daily to check and clean the pool but was leaving as we woke up to play! He did not need to enter the house, so it was not a problem at all. The location to downtown Fredericksburg and grocery stores is convenient and makes things easier. My only con would be that the living room furniture is not the most comfortable. But we will return to enjoy the pool and relaxation the property provides.

This property was a great location! Secluded enough for you to get away from all the noise but close enough to stores and things to do. My family and I enjoyed it very much

The house was clean and gorgeous. Host was amazing to work with and has everything we could possibly want and need ready for us. We look forward to staying at this rental again! Everything to do was within a short driving distance yet the residence was quiet and secluded. We loved it!

House was very clean and spacious, everything seemed new. Pool was big and private. Host thought of almost everything you may need. Location was quiet but a short drive from stores, restaurants and activities. Our two day stay was wonderful.

Great location, close to area attractions, things to do and places to eat. House was clean and well equipped for our couples weekend. Pool area was clean, unfortunately it rained most of our weekend so we couldn't use it. But we did have a small window of opportunity to sit outside and it was such a peaceful and quiet area. We will certainly come back to this house again in the future...

The description is fairly accurate. The pool was very enjoyable and very clean. Great location and extremely quiet. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets if needed. The owner has labeled a number of areas, so you know how to use the particular amenity. That was helpful. However, bring additional trash bags and paper towels. There are a few things that could use some upgrades like outdoor furniture and the fire pit. However the owner charges a VERY reasonable price for the house, so I still give it a five star review because most houses with a pool do not rent for this price. The owner was great to deal with. The only knock on cleanliness was because of the pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The best Air B&B experience i have had. Host was friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Great communications and response time. Hone was beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful amenties and welcome treats. If you are planning a visit to the Fredericksburg area, you need to stay here! We will be back in the fall and hope to stay again.

It had everything we needed. The house is located in a quiet area with lots of trees and birds - very peaceful.

In town for a wedding and this was perfect. Cute house, good amenities, private, and very quiet.

We very much appreciated the following: • Driving instructions to the house were helpful and Owner quickly responded to our questions and requests. • door entrance code We was easy and logical to use • The house was very clean and organized with plenty of towels and extra blankets. • there were helpful labels posted at light switches and doors • We were especially thankful the white binder included television operation and a photo of remote control. • Our only suggestion is that the kitchen includes salt and pepper and a few spices. • We did not use the pool but enjoyed sitting outside in the forested surroundings. A fox with youngsters played in the yard for our entertainment. This is definitely a “5” house and Owner. Janet, Karen and Mary

Great location, park like setting,pool, bbq great. Location next to civil war historic places, the foxes and kids very friendly, but kept their distance. Very well remodeled house.

The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. Plenty of room for the group I was with, clean and very quiet; even with teenagers talking late into the night on the other side of the wall we couldn’t hear them. Convenient to the train station and Fredericksburg down town. The yard was blooming and we enjoyed taking pictures of the beautiful flowers.

Had a great time at this property and in Fredericksburg. The location is away from the bustle but very close to downtown and practically on the battlefield. The house was immaculate and comfortable, the outside wall well outfitted and the bed was comfy. It was just the two of us however would be great for families

The property was easy to find, it was extremely clean and organized, it had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, lots of towels, plenty of blankets for the winter), was close to shops and restaurants, and the owner was extremely communicative. This was the cleanest, most well equipped home I have ever stayed in. (And I have rented many homes over the years.) The property is very secluded and private, yet close to everything. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the large pool.

The owners clearly care about making your stay comfortable and personally arranged to be sure the pool was ready for our use. I appreciated the attentiveness and follow thru thru our stay. The home is very comfortable. They provide detail thru the home which made it very easy to utilize the amenities and very detailed information on the environment to be sure "out of town" guests would identify animals naturally around Fredericksburg. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The pool was a highlight for us. I will try to book again next time I travel to Virginia.

Private property, surrounded by mature trees! Nicely remodeled with a great outdoor entertaining space including and I ground swimming pool! Host was great!!!

House was so much bigger in person. Pool was fantastic and the house sits in a great location. Great brewery Strangeways Brewing near by. Owner was quick to respond and has everything you need including some snacks, water, and coffee. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about staying here. The house was beautiful and so clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing and clean and we all loved it. The house is secluded so we had privacy but was close enough to go to the store, to eat, etc. Everything was there that you would need such as 2 grills, fire pit, laundry, internet, television, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very easy rental process. I will definitely rent again in the future and will recommend this house to anyone coming to the Fredericksburg area for a stay.

This lovely home is a surprise gem. Tucked away (but not too fair 😉) This little home has it all. Very clean, easy access and an amazing pool/outdoor area. Everything we needed for our little getaway! Loved all the details the home had to offer; making it easy to find & find things we may have needed during our stay. Thank you Ney Park!

Enjoyed the house very much. Very clean, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the basketball goal! Had no issues or problems with anything. Would definitely stay here again.
