Tidewater Place was the perfect location for a relaxing, do-nothing girl's getaway.
The home was well appointed and convenient to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Also, the heated pool was perfect for winding down with a glass of wine after watching sunsets on the beach.
The property is a chameleon. It can serve as a truly relaxing retreat or an easygoing family paradise.
We'll definitely return...maybe with our families in tow next time!

Overall communication from owner was responsive. Upon checkin the unit was not cleaned. Doors were full of hand prints inside and out, floors were filthy and dirt behind rugs/bugs, etc… The pool was full of sand and rocks. We reached out immediately and the cleaner wasn’t sent back until the next day. We had small children and was extremely disappointing due to the amount of $ spent. The cleaner clearly had no regard for the issue and had major attitude when she returned.
The pool didn’t get cleaned until the 3rd day. Overall our family loved the area and proximity to the beach. Beds were not comfortable .
The outdoor outlet didn’t work after few days and were unable to charge our golf cart with no response.
We were extremely let down based on the price point of the home.
Regardless of the challenges we left the home in very good condition and took pics to validate.

We stayed at this house for the kids spring break and really loved and enjoyed our visit! The house was a great space for our 16 family members. There was a lot of common space as well as well sized bedrooms. The location is truly a 4 minute walk to the beach which was great for us to be able to walk back and forth with the kids easily!
The house is also one block away from Rosemary Beach where we rode bikes, shopped and ate lunch! We were able to easily drive to Seaside for their Easter celebration too!
Brandy was a great host, informative and quick to respond. The house is truly stocked with all the essentials for cooking. It even had kid-friendly plates, cups and silverware which was great!
We loved the house and would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic time. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 8-4 and slept very comfortably. Short walk to the beach. We had a pool heated and our kids would not get out! They loved it. Would definitely come back! Also the hosts were so nice and always responded to our questions!

This was my second stay at the property. The first time I went with family (adults and kids), but this time was just a quick getaway with friends. The property was as wonderful as I remembered and lent itself well to individual time or time together. There was ample space for each of us to relax and recharge. The proximity to everything via bike was also a huge bonus as we did not have a car this time; it was no problem at all.
The ocean was a bit cold this time of year but luckily we had access to the house pool which could also be utilized as a heat spa. The hosts were both communicative and accessible, directing us to great "off season" options within the area.
I am already looking forward to my next stay!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. We had a lovely time. Brandy and Brett were amazing hosts. I mentioned it being my mom’s birthday and they even set out a gift for my mother. The hosts thought of everything, from umbrellas to complimentary laundry pods. The property was only a very short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We put the complimentary bikes to use as well and rode to a cute little town that was only about a 15 min bike ride. We can’t wait to return.

Brandy and Brett were amazing hosts! My family enjoyed ALL aspects of Tidewater including the pool, multiple porches, fresh linens and towels, bikes, and gathering areas! ….Short walk to beach and plenty of chairs for our group!!! Thank you for your hospitality! We will be back!!!! Cat

Wonderful location for family getaway. This was our second stay at Inlet beach and we will return. The location is a easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to Rosemary Beach and short drive to grocery stores snd r The best thing about this rental is the kitchen living room on the first floor. No need to carry supplies and groceries upstairs and everyone could enjoy the outdoor area and pool together. The house was well supplied and clean on arrival. The only downside was that there was no view of the ocean from any balcony. The owners were responsive to any

Great house.
Wonderful house. Perfect for family. There are so many helpful thing included with rental. The bikes were so nice as well as toys and chairs. Our family favorite was the pool. It was the perfect size and cold after a day at the beach. We would rent again.

Great Experience
This was a great property. We had 5 grown ups and 3 kids including a 4 month old. The location was great, easy walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. The owners were exceedingly helpful and kind. Easy to communicate with them. The kids really enjoyed the pool and having beach chairs and beach toys were great for us out of towners. They provided all linens, toilet paper/paper towels etc which was also super helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Having trouble finding anything negative to say- only word of warning would be that there are 3 floors so a lot of steps, so we had the grandparents stay on the 2nd level and not the 3rd. Not a big deal at all, they had a great time.

Perfect Location blocks from beach
We picked this spot because of the sleeping arrangements for the right group of twelve and nearby beach access. Only half of us were able to make it, but it would have worked for our group. Four adult couple rooms and bunks for small kids or close older kids plus an up top sitting area with a sofa that would have accommodate a loose teen. Only thing that would have been better for older parents would have been a first floor bedroom. But it’s footprint wouldn’t have allowed for it.
Kitchen was well stocked for all our thanksgiving needs. There were plenty of supplies, the pool courtyard and balconies were well furnished and comfortable. Bike and beach amenities and towels were a great asset. Everything was clean and games were plentiful.
Communication was perfect and easy. Great hosts! Thankyou!

Low key area adjacent to all the activity you could want. Close to the high points of 30a with a less crowded beach and awesome property.

Fantastic stay for first-time visitor to Rosemary/Inlet Beach area
Adult friends needed a relaxing, decompressing getaway, this house was the perfect remedy!
Communication from the owners was clear, prompt & precise, which made checking in & out a breeze. Helpful tips, area information, wifi and more all provided in a renters' guidebook.
House itself was immaculate!
Tastefully and comfortably designed, great for families or friends. Kitchen, laundry, bedrooms were all well appointed - everything we could think of was there. Owner provided the cleaning process details upon request, which was much appreciated as we're still very cautious in the pandemic.
Pool was so therapeutic, worth the extra costs to heat - trust me!
And don't miss sunrise from either balcony - breathtaking!
Quick walk to the beach, little longer but pleasant stroll to Rosemary Beach shops & restaurants.
Everything about our stay was fantastic and regenerating! Can't wait to return...thank you Brandy & Brett!!

Beautiful Place
My family of 12 had a wonderful time with plenty of space. Loved the backyard and the pool was so relaxing to sit in. Brandy was so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Definitely recommend!

Great property so close to the beach
Had a great experience staying at this property. The property owners were super responsive and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We had one minor maintenance issue when we arrived and the owners had someone out to repair it within 30 min. Awesome location close to the beach (I timed the walk and it was only 4 minutes…and that’s walking with a 4 and 6 year old)! Loved the outdoor area and the beach toys, chairs and wagons that we were able to use throughout our stay. Great set up for our family for the week!

Wonderful Home Away From Home
The listing did not do this beautiful home justice. The home and yard were very nicely decorated. The house Is quite roomy and accommodated our group of 10 with room to spare. The location was good too - only a block or so from the beach.
Brandy and Brett were great hosts. They thought of all the little details that make all the difference. There were towels and toys for the pool, bikes, and games for rainy days. When we arrived, the chilled water in the refrigerator was a refreshing welcome.
This is easily our favorite rental in the 30A area. We cannot wait to return!

As Advertised & So Much More
We spent a week at the house—it was immaculate, spacious, beautifully updated and super close to the beach! The owners were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and great hospitality. We loved using the bikes around 30A and our teens enjoyed the freedom it gave them. We walked to Rosemary for ice cream and shopping!!
The kids loved the option of the beach or on double red flag days, the pool. The beach was far less crowded and allowed the kids to run around more than at Rosemary, where it tended to be busier. We were 5min from everything, so we could choose tranquility or the action of the summer!
We would definitely recommend this for any group, and we are excited to return again soon!
