We had a great week at Holden Beach! The weather was beautiful and we were with family at the beach! The house is exactly as described with every beach item you would ever need! The kids loved riding the bikes and the walk to the beach was short. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Golden on Holden was wonderful!! Well stocked and clean kitchen and house. There were so many extras for the beach including: beach chairs, the Sun Ninja tent, bikes, beach wagon, corn hole and more. We would stay again!!

Location was great, super easy walk to beach and intercoastal. Clubhouse and pool with private beach access was wonderful. House was very well stocked and owners were very responsive. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and slushie place. Would love to come back someday!

We stayed with another family (for a total of 8). We appreciate your beautiful home and love the extra amenities (tissues, games, bikes, big-screen tvs, plenty of plates). The list is truly enormous. You seemed to have thought of everything. All the space to come together or separate.

The BEST week ever at the beach!!! This house is fabulous!!! Everything you can imagine is provided! Two refrigerators, beach chairs, wagons and corn hole were the icing on the cake. The Club House pool was a super way to end the day at the beach. We look forward to returning to Golden on Holden!!!!!

This property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed a well equipped kitchen, ample beach equipment, bikes and a game room with an extra refrigerator. It’s very quiet and has an easy walk to the beach and inter coastal waterway. The Beach Club and pool is a wonderful amenity.
We look forward to returning next year.

We had a three generational trip with 3 families. The house is well stocked, each bedroom has a bathroom and deck access. Can glimpse ocean from a couple spots on deck. Our family enjoyed the bikes, the kitchen, grill, and sand chairs all available with the house.

The house was clean and organized! The rooms were spacious. Loved all the extras…. Bikes, beach toys, grill, ping pong, and corn hole! Good location, too!!

Awesome, awesome property! Spacious. Clean. Well laid-out. Stocked with everything you could ever want. Everything labeled to make things easier to find. This owner put a lot of time and effort into making things as easy for their guests as possible. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house with so many extras! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Loved the ping-pong table, bikes and other outdoor toys. The location was great and the club house with the pool and bathrooms was a great perk

Renting the property was SEEMLESS. This house was very clean, completley stocked, we had everything we needed. This was by far the best house I have ever rented. Owner was very accommodating and the communication was superb. I can't say enough about the rental and owners.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. So close to the beach, pool, and near by fishing. My family all had an amazing time! Plenty of amenities and very clean!! We rented a golf cart for the week too, and was great to get around the island!

Golden on Holden
The location between the beach and the ICW was convenient for activities at both locations (and the proximity to the ICW bridge is a huge bonus. ) Kitchen was very well stocked with almost everything one could need to prepare meals, and bikes/toys/chairs/etc that are available were great. Room (and bath) layout worked quite well for our needs. Had we not had almost gale force winds and unmanageable surf for the majority of our time there, it would have been a perfect week.

Great vacation house!
We enjoyed our stay at Golden on Holden! The beach chairs, umbrellas and carts were very helpful when we went to the beach When the weather was bad or we needed to get out of the sun, we were entertained with shuffleboard, cornhole, ping pong, and the other outside games. We also played board games and completed puzzles when we needed a slower pace. This house is well stocked inside and out! My car packing was much simplier because I knew the house already had many of the things we needed.

Great Family Vacation
We loved Golden on Holden. The location was so convenient. Loved being able to park at the club house to access the beach. Also an easy walk to beach from the house. All the small thoughtful things that the owners provided were so welcomed! The house was well appointed. Also the communication with owners was great. Thank you for letting us move in for the week!

Golden on Holden is amazing
We had 3 generation's and were busy all week. The house was very nice and is just as described with the exception of no bunk beds. Which was fine. We used the pool, were kayaking, biking, and enjoying the beach. Thank you.

Annual Family Vacation
Amazing home. Every amenity and then some is provided. Short and easy walk to the beach. Access to the beach club is a tremendous asset. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Bikes were used everyday! Ping pong tournaments were enjoyed! Second refrigerator was very helpful. Naps in hammock were wonderful.

Best house and location
Beautiful, clean spacious home with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation with family and kids. Plenty of books, board games, lawn games, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, a pool table, etc. kitchen was stocked with spices and essentials. Beautiful views of the sunset from the decks and the mattresses in each bedroom were very comfortable. Super short walk to the pool and clubhouse and beach. Also a 10 min walk to three great restaurants and ice cream shop. Our family had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!
This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Super close to the beach and pool. Excellent items provided throughout the house, especially the kitchen and super sweet welcome basket. The only issues were the towel and sheet company used for the property were very scratchy. You might want to ask if you can bring your own, The sliding doors for most of the balconies also got stuck a lot and or came off their panels, they could definitely use a replacement throughout the house. We had so much fun though!!!! The kitchen was stocked to the 9's!!!! Would recommend!

The best beach trip!
This house is perfect for all things beach. The owners are very responsive, and the house is set up with everything you could need… even spices in the kitchen! The beds were comfortable, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was great… it was the best rental we’ve had! We will be back ❤️🏖

Fantastic property! Super clean! Well-stocked kitchen, bikes for riding, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a grill made packing so much simpler. The space was wonderful & we had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in beautiful location
Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. The home is very clean and well stocked and we had great communication with the owner. We enjoyed crabbing at the marina during low tide and fishing during high tide, the beautiful beach on the eastern point of the island and the ping pong table. This home is nestled between the ocean and intracoastal waterway in a beautiful neighborhood.

large living home and fully stocked kitchen. 2 min walk to the beach with option to park in public or dedicated community parking. Ping pong table and kayak in the basement. beaches games, chairs, umbrellas. We are awesome family vacation. We also turtle baby turtle hatch. Restaurants recommendation the clove and green onion. Ice cream places beaches and peaches. Rented a boat to ride to the "the point".

Great Beach Getaway!
This house offers everything you need for a great beach vacation! Convenient to the ocean and pool. I have rented beach homes before and many were lacking. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of great indoor and outdoor games for everyone. Nicely decorated home. Comfortable beds. Pack up your bathing suits, sunscreen, beach towels and flip flops. Enjoy!

This property has so many thoughtful touches and amenities to make your stay feel like home. The owners put thought into every detail and were so communicative/responsive during the entire process. We loved our stay at “Golden on Holden” and will definitely return.

What a great find!
I really can’t say enough about how perfect we found Golden on Holden to be. The house comfortably housed our 11 guests and exceeded all our expectations. There is an unbelievable attention to making your stay enjoyable. We have never stayed at a property with this amount of amenities. Kayak, canopy tents, chairs, ping pong, shuffle board, beach games, kids toys, grilling needs, hammock, lots of spots to enjoy coffee and conversation. With access to the clubhouse you get the best of both the beach and pool. The beach itself is very wide with lots of space even at high tide. The property is truly a great value and the owners are extremely responsive and thoughtful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this spot!
